No evidence of Collusion.......?....What if.......

Oh no, mismanaging her emails.

Trump is breaking campaign finance laws by making secret payments to porn stars through his lawyers shell company using fake names.
Trump is dictating false statements to his son about a meeting his team had with Russians.
Trump settles a suit because his university was a massive scam.
Trump lets countless people with no security clearance handle classified information.

Classified emails on her private, unsecured server.
You fell for the "extremely careless" ruse.

And yet those emails seem more secure than any of the current things going on in this sieve of a Administration

How so? That basement server was about as secure as my Gmail account.
Trump's got a lot of enemies committing treason on a regular basis. No comparison to someone who willfully conducted classified business on a server that a third grader could hack into.

There will be no telling who got their hands on the information Hillary Clinton swore to protect.

There at people sitting in jail for far, far less.

There is also no telling that any information from said server was revealed at all?

None of the contents are public knowledge

We'll never know, but what we do know, is that our classified information was exposed.
But, I get it. Hillary didn't mean it...

Was she even charged with a crime, much less found guilty? No.
Then STFU already, FFS.

Maybe you could clean up your language, you know, like with a cloth:lamo

(I think it was the bleachbit that got ya, amirite?)

If it wasn't carelessness then what was it? Did she intend to share classified information?

The problem with the Hillary email thing is exactly what Comey said--there is no intent. All crimes involve intent to commit a crime. Being careless can get you fired but it can't get you convicted.

No matter how you try to spin it, it's just mishandling emails. It's the pettiest crime I've ever heard no matter how you try to make it seem like a great crime.

It's like insisting that Jaywalking is a serious crime because it puts the lives of people in danger.

Ultimately, it's the responsibility of the government to secure communications.

It doesn't matter. The submariner who took photos of the sub's engine room never intended to share classified information, but his ass got sent to the clink and he was punished. He also took his medicine like an adult.
I don't believe Hillary had intent, but the sheer volume of gross negligence is overwhelming. This woman was SOS fcs! She had extensive training and signed off on it and swore an oath.
Does that mean anything?

Look, she's never going to prison and won't be indicted because she's evidently coated with Teflon. However, that doesn't mean she didn't do some really, really bad things which could have hurt America.

Hillary's server was not illegal, it was was against new administration rules.

Here have a couple straws and keep grasping....

you conveniently left out the destroying of the servers and data before anyone could get to it. And have the private server was certainly against security protocol...

It was Hillary's responsibility. This wasn't her first rodeo. She's not some nubile, wide-eyed wonk. She's a seasoned pro who has spent decades in politics. She knew better.

Also, Obama knew she was conducting SoS business on a private server and used an alias. As did others in his administration.

If you don't think that the Russians and Chinese have Clinton's stuff - all of it - you're living in a dream world. Actually, the NSA has it too, or more likely, had it. And no, it won't become public knowledge unless the Russians, Chinese, and everyone else who has it decides to make it public, and they likely won't. There's nothing in it for them at this point - perhaps in the future. Don't tell me some Romanian goof ball could ostensibly gain access and armies of professionals in Russia and China can't. The Chinese are building advanced stealth fighter aircraft that look nearly identical to ours. Wonder how that happens?

What if Bernie had won the election?

What if we actually had a functioning democracy?

What if Oreos were white on the outside and black in the middle?

What if Martha White stopped making self-rising flour?

What if...

What if...

What if...doesn't mean jack. Now is the only time we have. Want to change the future? Change now. There is no other way. Want to change the past? You can't. It's a waste of time.

Sure we can change the past. It's known as 'lying in the history books'.

Yes, nothing on Trump.
And of course they've found stuff on some people. That tends to happen when you cast a net as wide as Mueller is.
And he's doing it because he's not turning up the goods on Trump, so he wants to squeeze people to get what he's looking for.

You are aware it took star over two years to find a cum stained blue dress right?
The dominoes are falling and trump will be the final one to fall.

Next will be Kushner, then JR, sessions will be in there somewhere and probably countless people I have never heard of including many Russians.

Then finally the great .bald orange ape himself.

Whoa! That's an option I had not considered. :lamo

Good on you. Maybe the rest of us should start doing that.

What if leading campaign officials had come into Mr. Obama's home to meet with them prior to the election.....
What if a top Obama aide had discussed in an email with Russians that he'd love to have information against Trump sent to him....
What if President Obama had invited Russian leaders and press into the White House and at the same time kicked out the American Press.....
What if President Obama had criticized his intelligence agencies, but at the same time routinely raved about Russian leaders......
What would you Republicans think?........Un-American........Impeachment?......Un-Patriotic?......I'd really like to know...

If any of that would happen...or, even if it DID actually happen (this stuff is not in the realm of impossibility, after all)...we would never know about it because nobody would be talking about it. Not the media, not the WH, not anyone in Congress. Everyone would be silent about it.

Oceania is at war with Eurasia. They have always been at war with Eurasia.

All data was from government computers so that was saved on that end. If anything was destroyed it was private. I can't believe you guys are still beating this drum, it's over, our attention currently is on actual criminals including our traitor in chief.

We will never know... but gross negligence of sensitive government documents and conversation is certainly illegal.

Do you like having half your staff who could not get security clearance ( including trump) handling top secret documents daily?

Cyber security is the responsibility of the government.

I work for a big multinational corporation. Lots of emails and data are confidential. Anytime I send an email to someone outside the firm I get a warning. And those emails are monitored by a compliance department.

If Hillary was improperly using a home email server to conduct business, it's purely the responsibility of government to enforce their security policies.

It's amazing how passionate you are about prosecuting Hillary while ignoring Trump's obvious obstruction of justice when he fired the FBI director investigating matters that have caused many of his cohorts to plead guilty. That's deliberate and intentional criminal behavior. It's a hell of a lot more serious than mismanaging emails.

I really liked the SoS's government emails on the computer of a pedophile.

Oh, c'mon. Obama KNEW!
Who exactly is this "government" you speak of?
The fricking AG manipulated the investigation and abdicated her duty because she met with the target of the investigation's husband on a tarmac!
This whole mystical government will ensure bad things won't happen is magical thinking.

It's actual government employees who go through training and sign a piece of paper saying that they received training and will comply with safety protocols.
It's not government. It's people.

That's absurd. I work for a major corporation. They make sure that employees follow protocal. They don't just have us sign a piece of paper promising to handle emails properly. They actively monitor our emails.

I spoke to people who work for my company whose job it is to read emails sent to external clients.

Preventing people from using external email addresses is actually extremely easy. You have to assume that the users know NOTHING about security.

I'm pretty sure Hillary and Trump know nothing about how hacking works and the dangers and risks of various choices. Experts should be in charge of that and they should enforce that.
