Coulter has listed in this article 16 first and second generation immigrants who, since 2000, massacred individuals in America.

Yep, she details the 16 immigrant perp "massacres" in 17 years out of a first or second generation immigrant pool of many, many millions (actual number undisclosed, of course but said to be 26% of the US population) of such folks in the US. Note that Ann Coulter did not say where she got the "about 34" number for her (official?) total "massacres" (mass shootings?) since 2000 while other sources use the count of 44 (Mother Jones) or 160 (the FBI - which does not omit "gang related" shootings or shootings where the perp had "a realtionship" with the victims).

Certainly I don't think, for example, vetting immigrants is the end all or be all of preventing massacres in America but it's a start and those who poo poo these sad statistics are, at best, ideological and, at worst, not dedicated to solving the massacre problem in America.

There is no way to vet second generation immigrants since they are US born citizens. The bottom line is that trying to predict who will (or will not) be a mass shooter is proving very difficult to predict with any degree of certainty among either immigrants or US citizens.

But we don't vet immigrants...at least, with DACA, there are proposals to accept, at least, 1.5 million immigrants without any vetting.
