So Trump is to blame for strictly adhering to his policy?

People need to realize that Mr. Trump looks at this like the head of a business entity dealing with employees. You do your job properly and per policy, and you keep it. You screw up and "You're Fired!"

I often wonder how many past Administrations were riddled with "scandals" like this, but because the MSN was friendly most might have remained unreported aside from only the very worst and most obvious offenders?

Yup, Trump constantly has problems because of the meanies at the MSN.
