Court orders full restoration of DACA program

Thank goodness for Federal Judges with enough backbone to do their jobs still exisit. It is obvious that the "spineless" Republicans in Congress don't have enough backbone to stand up for American values and oppose the Trump dictatorial agenda.

The two judges in the current Daca rulings adhered to the ruling in 2015 of the rightwing US District Judge Hanen in Texas. Judge Hanen ruled policy actions by the executive are subject to the APA. The most conservative appeals circuit, the 5th, sustained Judge Hanen. The rightwing across the land hailed and celebrated both rulings. That was in the case of the Dapa policy and the Dapa program rules and regs issued by DHS.

In this Daca case the federal district judge in SFO and the one in NYC used Judge Hanen's precedent upheld by the 5th appeals circuit. Scotus has given a pass to the appeal of the 5th circuit decision so the 5th circuit ruling is the highest court decision to date in these two cases and programs, i.e., Dapa and Daca. So the problem here is that the far out extremist right wing that is the Trump base is so far removed from the rule of law they're contradicting both themselves and the law. And the Constitution some of youse still pretend to support. Youse people over there have your heads up where the sun don't shine. Obliviously. Recklessly. Irresponsibly. Interminably.
