Trump Saves A Life

$10,000 to beat cancer?

I had cancer in 1999 and the final bill then was $400,000.. That was in NINETEEN NINETY NINE!!

If Trump wants to impress me have him keep his campaign promise of cheaper and better Heath Insurance for EVERYONE.

$10,000??? Please

When talking about lavish perks, you should start with Obama. His countless family vacations on the taxpayer’s dime come to mind.

Welcome, enjoy your visit!

I agree, better to be in a system where they take so long to perform the expensive tests that you are already so far gone that there is no necessity to go through any expense. See, if not all better, all gone.

You realize you're talking to someone who knows that what you're say is complete and utter bull****, right?

'Splain it to me Lucy, as Desi used to say rolling his eyes in patient expectation of very little sensible. You hold a losing hand my far North friend.

There's no wait for cancer treatment. None. I've had both hips replaced, waited 5 weeks the first one and a couple more for the second because we moved out into the sticks. My cataract surgery was a couple weeks wait.
ER's can back up on weekends- I once waited 5 hours to get ten stitches. MRI's and CT scans can be booked weeks ahead but you can go to a private clinic. That's what lots of Canadians go south for, but it's no more than the number of Americans who come north. There's obstetricians in Windsor, Ont. who have as many Americans as Canadians on their cases.

Sorry man...hope they have some good home remedies for overdosing on crow. Good luck with that.

Kudos to Trump for that good deed.

You do know that everyone from the Clinton's to the Bushes have donated large portions of their wealth to charity too, right?

Trump has sponged off the American tax payers for lavish perks while being POTUS, despite being a wealthy man that can afford to do these things on his own dime. He has also reneged on countless promises to pledge contributions for disaster relief, so don't go acting like this one good deed makes him a saint.

And that is different than the others, how? Hillary had all kinds of shady dealings with these people donating in a pay for play scheme to the Clinton Foundation. The left leaning MSM won't even report one measly thing good about Trump.

Yes, it was a nice gesture. Now, let's put it in perspective: Trump likely paid $130,000 to silence a porn star. How many more would that have helped? Even if there was no porn star payoff, ten grand from a multi billionaire hardly equates to a model of philanthrophy.

But the left leaning MSM refuses to report any good about Trump at all. It's a rush to see how many anti-Trump stories they can report on each day.

Rich people need tax cuts. There's no money for chemotherapy for poor people.

But, but, but Obamacare is here and it allows poor people to get this life saving treatment. Ask Jimmy Kimmel.

If i get hit by a truck running a marathon i have insurance. I also have a large saving a account. I have this because im not stupid like the rest of my family who generally have zero savings. Coincidently they generally share the same line of thinking that you and the other board libs share. ...weird how that works.

Enjoy your freedom. I prefer the bondage of Medicare and Social Security, a different kind of insurance that has worked well for millions. It’s called community, solidarity, shared risk and responsibility.

But, but, but, Obamacare only allows them to have certain percentage profit. If they take in more than the law allows, it has to be refunded back to the insured.

Before the ACA, insurers often took 35% or more of your premiums as profit and as soon as they can they will do the same again. Hell they may even decide that 50% is fair enough. You have to keep those stockholders happy and show a larger profit every year.

Insurance companies are making bank. Did you ever notice what happened when the markets opened after the PPACA was passed? Health insurance stocks soared! Investors knew they'd just been handed a little goldmine.

There are so many problems with Obamacare but the biggest one is that it's in bed with the insurance industry and Big Pharma.

Probably because Obamacare failed him.

How so?

If he had employer-based insurance, the ACA required that insurance to cover these kinds of treatments. Maybe he doesn't have a job and is destitute, and needs Medicare to help him. The same Medicare that the Republicans were anxious to scale back on.

BTW it's 'Trumpcare' now. So any Trumpster here who has a problem with ACA/Trumpcare needs to take it up with the their Messiah Trump and his Republican cronies in Congress who don't have the balls to fix Trumpcare or stand up to Trump.

Trump's the one who said 'Health Insurance will be a lot less expensive and better for everyone who wants it.'... Trumpcare is just the opposite. So it's time for him and his Republican Cronies to step up or admit he lied.

What on Earth are you babbling about? Obamacare law says that health insurers can only make a certain amount of profit.

Oh so now you have a problem with insurers making money or is it that 20 million more people have insurance? There is an answer. Get rid of the insurers and nationalize health insurance. At least under the ACA insurers have a cap on their gouging but you want to get rid of that too.
