I fully realize that dedicated Clinton and Obama haters on the right do try to make everything about Trump into their hate ever playing an eternal game of "but.... but .... but ... what about"? But it is still NOT the topic here - which is the belief in Muellers eventual findings.

Why did Flynn lie to the FBI? Why are people pleading guilty if there is nothing there? Why is Trump trying to fire investigators if he's innocent?

No rational person thinks that's the behavior of innocent people. But you're not rational. You're partisan.

You know little to nothing in regards to how these investigations are carried out. Flynn was charged with a process crime....basically was caught in a perjury trap. Same thing happened to Scooter Libbey in regards to the Valerie Plame hoax.

It is only ultra leftwingers like yourself that take politics to anything approaching hatred. The left wing hatred of Trump is not only insane, it is mentally unhealthy. As much as I dislike and disrespect Obama and Hillary, I would not waste such a powerful emotion as hatred on them. As for Mueller's so-called eventual findings, I think you are in for a monumental letdown.

I take it you are referring to the Member of Congress??
If so, depends is the best I can come up with, courts are loathe to have national security discussed in an open court. So IMHO, no it would not be discussed in open court- there are courts where national security cases are prosecuted.
That said I do not see any Dem disclosing NS information

No, I meant if Trump is charged. Does a grand jury have to indict him? The information would come out then, wouldn't it?

I do not know. The charges would specify why he was being charged, but the evidence would be held by the prosecution/ Rosenstein.
Then it would be off to SCOTUS for a ruling as to whether a sitting President can be indicted while in office. I would gander a guess in saying he can be indicted.

That sounds like third world revolutionary blather. Patriotism is accepting the results of an election and dealing with it emotionally. Hate is never patriotic. You can disagree with an elected politican, however active resistance to his/her remaining in office to serve a term is anti-democracy.

What's sad is that you are so inflicted with visceral hatred of the president that you cannot tell the difference. You are the deep seated partisan, not me. I am loyal only to my own political philosophy. I know what I find good and bad about the party I am more inclined to vote for. You on the other hand are strictly party. You cannot get past the "R" that was in front of Trump's name on the ballot. Perhaps as you grow older, you will be less about party and start thinking for yourself. At that point you might judge your own party based on performance rather then whether they win a specific election or not.

I believe the rule is that he is first removed from office then prosecuted and as we know Pence or if Ryan is President that trump would be pardoned, if it is a Federal crime, if charged with a State Crime he would be screwed. I could be wrong, but from what I understand that is how it would have to work.

Maybe you have not noticed, many of those that think this issue goes far beyond an election are independents and conservatives.
True, some that dislike trump are driven purely by Party politics, but then again that goes for both sides, neither changes the fact that there is something that really needs to be investigated, there is far too much smoke for there to be no fire.
