Rep. PAul Gosar "asks" ???

https://www.yahoo.com/news/gop-rep-paul-gosar-asks-204119727.html

Why would you have to ask for them to do their job? Should they not just hear one of them say "I'm here illegally" and they should walk over and ask for ID and or make an arrest?

In this instance I believe it's INS who would do the arrests unless the Capitol police are considered under federal jurisdiction (which they likely are). Second, unless DACA is repealed or ruled unconstitutional, I don't think someone with DACA status can be summarily arrested just for being illegal. I understand the representatives' sentiment though. I think what the Dems are doing here is disgusting.

I mostly ignore political comments from non citizens, that would be you.

Well, thank you so much for taking the time to tell me that.

There is a feature here called an "ignore" button.....I'd rather you simply used it as opposed to needing to affirm your biases by baiting me.

For the record I am a dual citizen, but I keep the American part secret as it causes too much trouble among civilized people.

Have a good day.

One big, over inflated ****ed up country run amok with hate filled racists.
And what country would that be, exactly who are these racists you refer too and please show proof.

I'm not baiting you. The ignore function doesn't work that way, if I ignore you I don't see your comments, why don't you ignore me, so you don't see my threads or better yet, express some self control and just don't reply.

Now, if you hold dual citizenship, good for you, always a good idea IMO, but are you Canadian first or American first? I assume Canadian as that is what you listed yourself as.

My reason for my comment was this, few outsiders can really lay claim of knowing what goes on in this country, most don't know what goes on in their own country. So you won't find me telling Canadians what they should be doing or any other country for that matter, I'm just far too ignorant to make a truly informed decision on the politics of others, and I feel the same goes for non Americans.

Quite frankly I haven't a clue what goes on up north in reality, I have a couple of friends there that claim the health care system sucks, and I have no problem quoting them on this, but for me to form an educated opinion, just won't take place. So I will respectfully allow you free reign on Canadian politics, but don't expect me to put too much faith into your opinion of American politics.

I thought you didn't care about my opinion.

It seems though you do care, a lot, since you just wrote several hundred words trying to impress me.

I bet you're a Trump voter. Am I right?

I won't be replying to any more of your baiting

Ha, nope didn't vote for Trump, so you lose. Not baiting anyone. I am clear that I don't like speaking with non American's about American politics, you pointed out that you are a dual citizen, so I'm cutting you some slack and making an exception. You are choosing not to speak to me now, that's fine, bye.

Since you brought it up, many of DP's "outsiders" seem to know quite a lot more about American politics than the biggest pro-Trump chest-thumping Americans.

I'm a dual citizen, you got a problem with that?
