According to Alan Dershowitz, even if there was collusion, which has not been proven in any way, it wouldn't be illegal. Alan Dershowitz has challenged anybody to show him a statute that states collusion is illegal. To this point, nobody has shown Dershowitz the statute. Not many are as competent in the law as Dershowitz.
