The job of all of government is to serve the citizens.
The interests of the citizens is for the most part diametrically opposed to the interests of illegal aliens.
Illegal immigration adds millions of people to the ranks of labor, and labor responds to the laws of supply and demand.
The more labor is available, the less demand there is for labor and wages are forced lower as a result.

This is obviously good for people who own companies or pay labor, but it is bad for people who have the price of their labor forced lower by an illegal practice.

The government is bound to protect the "general welfare". This means it is tasked with looking after the interests of all citizens equally. When the government shows preference to one group of citizens over another, it is derelict in its duty to protect the general welfare.

When the government protects the interests of illegal aliens above the interests of citizens, it is committing treason against the country and the citizens and should be overthrown.

The people who employ these Illegals are American companies seeking profit. It's easier to pay an illegal 4 bucks an hour than a middle class american 13$.
This country already deserves to be overthrown, but nobody is going to do it. Even if civil war does break out, it's likely to become another Syria, with foreign backed paramilitaries and right-wing death squads.

Let me say initially, this is someone that had a significant issue with DACA as an executive action, a significant issue with the DREAM act, and an issue with how many are wishing DACA to go into effect now.

Your premise is flawed.

The reality is, there are a significant number of citizens who desire that these illegal immigrants cared for and excused to varying degrees. They ARE being represented by their legislators attempting things like permanently enshrining DACA because that's what they want; that is their interest, that is serving them.

It is not your place, or any other persons place, to tell another citizen what is in THEIR interest, what THEY should want, how THEY want to be represented.

Those in government are there as our representatives to serve the interests of their constituents. What you're suggesting is that those elected officials should be so elitists, so arrogant, that they should all look at their varying constituents and say "I know better than you, daddy government knows better". They're free to do that, but if they do, in many parts of the country they will be voted out because that would NOT be representing them.

Of course, your post begs the question: how is the government protecting the interests of illegal aliens over the interests of citizens? (And you left out non-citizen legal residents.). I agree that illegal workers depress wages, but the same political forces opposed to illegals seem to be the same forces opposed to labor interests. Strange.

You are completely wrong on this position. The Constitution outlines what government officials have the power to do and not do.
A government official is not supposed to take actions that are detrimental to any citizen, that is a breach of the "general welfare" clause.. What some people may want is irrelevant, being entrusted with the powers of government, officials know what their limitations are, they simply refuse to be limited by the laws.
