Whos the better President? And why?

Seems to me Trump has done much more than Obama did in 8 yrs.
 
Better is probably going to depend on your agenda. If you are anti immigrant, anti regulations, pro trickle down economics, and want judges who are ideologically hard to the right, then Trump has accomplished quite a bit. If you are anything but those things then Obama is hands down a better president.
 
Pretty sure historians and political analysts alike are in agreement that you can't grade presidencies until they are over. So, try again Jan. 2020.
 
It will ultimately depend on how you view politics. If you are conservative or right leaning then Trump in his first year is likely the best President since Reagan thus far (on policy), if you are Progressive then Trump is the worst President since Reagan.

If you say passing a Tax cut for the wealthy is good, and putting in an unqualified SCOTUS member and unqualifed federal judges, some who have no experience in constitutional law a good job, then I guess you would say Trump.

Wow, so much information to go over. Trump good, Obama bad.
Perhaps I can elaborate on that.
Jobs: Obama created an average of 199,000 jobs a month for 75 months.
First year market gains: Obama 33.7%. Trump 21.2%.
Obama presided over the longest continuous run of job creation and of a bull market ever.
I would go into who has caused or relieved the most world tension/destruction, but it is too soon. Trump is really just getting started.
 
Obama was certainly less embarrassing and a better representative for our nation on the global stage than Trump. But that is surface stuff.

Policy wise it is WAY too soon to judge. No, I certainly don’t think Trump has done more good in 1 year than Obama did in 8. But then if you are a conservative then what you and I think is good policy will be VERY different.

I never give credit or blame for the economy to the President. I am just not convinced they affect it that much in the long run.

Well, to be honest, you can't compare an eight year president to one who has only been in office for one year.

Trump is a horrible person and President. He is not my leader. And since I am now a civilian I can thankfully say he is not my Commander-in-Chief (because I don't have one anymore), but he is definitely, and unfortunately, my President.

You seem like a decent young man. A bit confused politically, but likely a decent guy nonetheless. I would suggest that you consider OP posting less and reading more. Or, post questions without including determinations.

Using a sports analogy, your question/answer is akin to asking, then stating that Stephen Curry is better than Michael Jordan. At this juncture, most would disagree.

Now, my viewpoints will likely be different from your own based on my age and experience working in DC. I don't have to rely on the MSM to tell me how it works. I've lived it.

OK dude it's on you. I know who the president of the United Sates is, but I can't call him "my president" as he doesn't represent me, my values, my opinions, my goals and certainly not what I believe this country is supposed to be. Not even close.
And frankly, I don't believe you or anyone else knows what he really believes or even if he has any deeply held beliefs.

Add in the fact that business had the highest profits in history , they had the highest rate of increase in profits in history, and the highest percentage of gross that was profit in history and the highest stock market in history during the real presidents 8 years in office.
