This represents the number of Trump's Senior Staff that has yet to complete their financial disclosure form showing that they are divested. The most notable is Trump's son-in-law.

Given that they have only had ONE YEAR to complete the forms, we should prolly cut them some slack. With any luck, Kushner can complete his from a prison cell. Maybe he can acquire the same one that his Father occupied.
