Racism or immigration? What about Russian "birthing moms?

I watched Tom Cotton on Meet the Press. Simply amazing how he blurs the lines between racism and immigration.

What about the Russian "Birthing Moms" issue? Where is the Conservative immigration "rage" over this obvious exploitation of our immigration laws? Why are they not protesting? Could it be that these women are from Trump's "Great Russia"? Is it because these women are "White"? Is it both?
