Once upon a time, Trump thought that issues pertaining to a government shutdown were the responsibility of the POTUS. Now that it is HIS responsibility, it is somebody else's responsibility. This is classic Donald John Trump.

If you can't understand why I refer to Trump as "The Liar-In-Chief", the above clearly speaks for itself.

If you cannot see that he lies routinely, then you are simply not very intelligent to begin with.
