He actually doesn't realize he took a test to spot early signs of dementia and was not taking an entrance exam to MENSA.

So far, he failed miserably at repealing and replacing Obamacare.
Can't figure out what to do about DACA.
Can't get funding for his Mexican Wall.
Has a government shutdown looming on the horizon.
