Those who could never have imagined voting for Donald Trump just a few years ago find themselves in the midst of a hundred year paradigm. Even though Trump is a billionaire, his history of managing carpenters, painters, welders, electricians, plumbers, janitors and hotel workers endow him with street cred and endear him to the plebeian sector of our society. His work ethic is our work ethic.

Trump is the consummate realist and a concrete thinker. Unlike our insular, privileged political establishment that sees national goals as glittery bags of manure like Climate Change and European style national health insurance, Trump considers a goal to be an actionable reality that relates directly to the personal space of the average US citizen.

His unabashed disgust for political correctness is like a breath of fresh air to the rank and file workers who pay the taxes and do the hard work that makes us the most productive nation on Earth. Trump’s whole life has been that of man keeping his nose to the grindstone and like the rest of us who sweat and toil for a better life for our children he doesn’t address the public with the Larchmont lockjaw of a Franklin Roosevelt. He speaks very good blue collar English.

The political establishment and particularly the left leaning political establishment are aghast at his popularity. After eight years of Barak Obama, a contrived, politically correct action figure festooned with an esoteric, Cracker-Jack box education, the people had had their intelligence insulted long enough. The people realized that Obama was really just a cardboard cutout crafted and served up to the public as an icon of ideological ventriloquism.

They were also aware that his replacement, Hillary Clinton, was a textbook example of crooked politics and an absurd manifestation of a latter day Imelda Marcos with no particular skills, just a connection to a former popular leader.

Our back stabbing political establishment has been selling us out to the rest of the world for decades and like Marx, Stalin and Lenin they thought they could do it by raising a standing army of the stupid with reinforcements from the importation and implantation of foreign interlopers to degrade the cultural stability of the republic and destroy it from the inside out.

They have no crops, only fertilizer. They foul the office of the presidency by hurling manure. The collective wisdom of the people will prevail. Trump will survive.

How much did you get paid to write this? Or are you actually that stupid?

Trump is a bust-out artist. He made his fortune swindling his investors and burning his vendors. I'll allow he worked hard at that, but ethical it's not.

Here's an article on his Atlantic City casino bust-out.

Trump will survive - because the GOP will not impeach him.

Trump will survive any impeachment attempt, naturally. But if Democrats take back one of the houses of Congress (and I think that's pretty likely), then they get power of the subpoena. At that point, Trump's life is going to turn into complete hell.

Now there is something to look forward to in 2019.

I disagree, I don't believe Trump will survive long in prison unless he finds a boyfriend.

It would be awesome if we could subpoena his emails and search for crimes like they did Hillary. I bet we would a lot more than mishandled emails.

Trump's ascendancy to the White House is still not well understood by the establishment. They were blindsided by it and astonished that the people had essentially flipped their rigged table and changed the game with a populist as the dealer.

Their problem is that if Trump has any success at all in any area their game will never be the same. This is why they are pulling out all the stops and are actually corrupting government agencies to try to put an end to his rein.

They are playing with fire because Trump is more than just a flash in the pan. He is the face of a movement to return the country to its roots as a government of the people, by the people and for the people-not a government of the government, by the government and for the government.

When the economy roars to life and everyone sees that they are in control of their destinies it's lights out for the old establishment. They're a nasty bunch and they will not go easily but Trump is going to succeed.

If Democrats take back one of the houses, then yes, they will be able to do that.

I think they will if the evidence convinces the vast majority of Americans. Trump's popularity will plummet as people testify against him. The GOP will have to cut him loose to survive.

Remember, Oliver North didn't turn on Reagan.

Flynn will surely testify that Trump ordered him to meet the Russian ambassador and he was directed to lie to the FBI by Trump.

And if the issue is money laundering then the Republicans will dump him because it's just the kind of black and white issue they need.

I obviously can't quantify it, but my gut says they won't do it.

Though the federal court has scheduled the Manafort-Gates trial for the months preceding the mid-terms, which means Trump's campaign manager & his Russia ties will be splashed across the media everyday. And we also just saw WI follow on the same double-digit Dem gains on Trump's 2016 numbers as VA & AL, so I'm definitely not betting against the House or Senate flipping. But without a flip, I really don't see it happening.

Dude...you've just massively triggered the Trump haters.

It's unfortunate for them, but you post isn't really a troll post. That means they have no reason or logic to dispute your contentions with...just their anger.

So it goes...

Utter crapola!

Perhaps to a big government, Obama leghunping liberal.

It's cool, your side is worried about amnesty for illegals and letting hairy 40 year old men into the Lady's bathroom so we would never expect you to understand the phenomenon that is Trump or why we voted for him to stop the liberal agenda.

When the economy roars to life and everyone sees that they are in control of their destinies it's lights out for the old establishment. They're a nasty bunch and they will not go easily but Trump is going to succeed.

If the establishment hates Trump, and the opposition hates Trump, who will take over for him when he's done? It's not like he's going to live forever.

If this is a new American dawn etc, etc, etc, who will be carrying that banner in a decade?

It would be awesome if we could subpoena his emails and search for crimes like they did Hillary. I bet we would a lot more than mishandled emails.

And you'd be ok with him deleting 30,000 of them?

They keep saying Trump is crazy when it's these people who are fit to be tied. Listen to the hypocritical reasoning that comes out of their leadership. An example: We need to allow the Dreamers (DACA) to stay in the country so we can keep families together. Well, all the intellectuals and political heavy hitters of their beloved Great Society in 1965 were not worried keeping families together when they started handing out welfare checks to pregnant females as a reward for kicking the fathers of their children out of the household. Now we have a massive opioid crisis that is the direct result of single-motherhood poverty. The only family these people care about is the family of government programs that stifle personal responsibility and take away opportunities for minorities to be self-sufficient. Don't laugh. It's not funny.

Well said. This country used to be mired down by three levels of checks and balances. it is much better with three levels of 'your wish is my command'

Y'know, as long as America doesn't wind up in another GOP-caused war (especially a nuclear war) between now and then, I sincerely hope that Trump does survive in office till 2020! Why? Because by then, enough Republicans will have soured on Trumpism that we'll have a true Democratic landslide. It won't equal either Nixon's or Reagan's landslides (I remember both, and voted for Reagan), but it will be a landslide nonetheless.

However, I'd say it all depends on whether the Dems can take the Senate. It looks like we'll take the House, but the Senate is another story since a heck of a lot more Dems are up for reelection than are Republicans...and quite a few of those Dems are in conservative or 'purple' states. If we take both houses, then Trump will be impeached...and Pence might be impeached too, since it's looking more and more like he lied when he said he had no knowledge of what Flynn was doing. If both are impeached, then Nancy Pelosi will become president. That's why I say that if the Republicans were smart, they'd impeach both Trump and Pence right away for the simple reason that then Paul Ryan would be president, and he has no impeachment-worthy scandal hanging over his head. But the Republicans won't do that, because they know that the moment they try to do so, most of them will be primaried from the Right and they'd lose their cushy congressional seats.

But whatever happens (short of nuclear war and/or Trump assuming power as a dictator to avoid the next election), we'll have a Democratic president in 2020...but as the generations pass, history will not be kind to Trump. He will (rightly) be seen as one of the worst presidents we've ever had (to the great delight of Bush 43 who is looking SO much better thanks to Trump). I only hope that Trump will NOT be declared the worst president ever, for I don't want America to suffer what it would take for Trump to earn that ignoble title.

I agree. Trump till 2020. Lets watch the whole s##t/show/hole/house happen so we learn to never let it happen again.

Dude this is AWESOME, man i literately laughed out loud!

advice though, this place isnt a left wing extremist site, for the internet its pretty balanced. so if your looking to get a real reaction youll have to take it to a leftwing extremist site or tone it way done and make it believable. Hell your first paragraph alone lets everybody right, left and center know its a joke. Nobody educated, honest and objective will buy it without toning it down. Work on it ;)
