I just heard that Mr. Bannon spent nine and one-half hours before a Congressional committee and answers no questions that the White House advised him not to. How does that work legally? What did they talk about? What does that say about the waste of time and resources the taxpayers are being billed for?

This entire excuse which boils down to 'but the President might someday decide to invoke executive privilege' is such a crock of crap . It is beyond disgusting that the GOP in Congress allow it as a dodge. Either the President has invoked executive privilege or he has not and if he has not then hold their feet to the fire and hit them with contempt of Congress when they refuse to answer questions.

The way this Congress has allowed it it permits the President to claim he never invoked executive privilege while at the same time getting the protective benefit of it. Its bluntly ludicrous and an insult to the intelligence of the nations people.

And today it is Corey Lewandowski’s turn........different expectations? I think not.

You know the congressional committee is nothing but a dog and pony show, right?? It is not making an effort to do anything but make it look nice.

The more interesting news is happening behind closed doors.. with Bannon escaping a grand jury appearance with agreeing to meet with Mueller privately.

That is sort of the point I was making. Today it is C. Lewandowski’s turn to waste time.

My feeling, if they are wasting time doing that, they aren't busy doing things I find destructive.
