Why do blacks at just 13% of the population commit 52% of the murders?

Whites commit much more serial killings in USA than blacks ....that statement is a fact and not a racist statement

Blacks on a % of the population commit much more general Homicides and violent crimes in USA than whites ....that statement is a fact and not a racist statement

Correlation is not causation. I asked you if you believe black people commit more homicides because they are black. Is there a reason a simple yes or no answer terrifies you?

Not in numbers sufficient to be a factor in high school graduation rates.

My high school's graduation rate was like 60% and I honestly am not sure there was a single Somalian in the school.

Minneapolis scores very high on diversity lists. They also score in the top 10 for lowest graduation rates. As you say, correlation doesn't equal causation, so we may never know why many Minneapolitans can't finish high school.
