Why Is Norway So Racist?

If you were Norway, would you want /trump as a citizen? They are tickled ****less that he is our problem.

Trump is always unprofessional. What the left doesn't realize is that he was elected president because voters were tired of politically correct professionals who all did the same ole same ole. They wanted someone to blow up DC. You have to judge Trump by the bottom line, not his unprofessionalism and tweets.

The OP is “Why Is Norway So Racist?”, which asks a question based on the assumption that Norway is racist, which has not been established. If Norway is racist, what makes it racist? MR doesn’t say anything about that, except, possibly, by implication because the country is so “white’. If so, what percentage “white” must a country be to be “racist”? Also, MR doesn’t define what is a “****hole country”, after having been asked to do so a number of times, and neither do you. Your saying that most of the nations in Africa are ****hole countries is not a definition. You, like MR, do not define what makes a country a racist and/or an ****hole country. Regarding your question “How do you screen people when there is no record of an applicant’s existence?”, that person would most likely not be admitted. Our immigration process requires a passport from the country of citizenship. That country has requirements for documentation for issuance of the passport. If we don’t approve of those passport requirements, or what other background information can be obtained, most specifically an accurate and complete police record, we will not issue that person a visa nor accept an accept any application for a green card, etc.

You're, I think, being silly. Or, do you think that the definition of ****hole countries are any African country plus Haiti? I asked you what YOUR definition was. If you accept "African countries plus Haiti", then you answered, finally, my question. You are still being evasive. Give an answer that follows the question. YOUR definition.

I don't remember you asking me personally what my definition of a ****hole country is. I remember you asking what the definition is but did not realize you were asking me. Personally, I wouldn't classify any country in particular as being a ****hole country but, then again, Trump really wasn't either. I realize you want to take Trump literally for political purposes but Trump is not a person you take literally. He talks in vague descriptions where you have to understand the man to understand what he was really saying. I'm very well aware that you are not interested in doing that because he is easier to politically attack when you take him literally. In any event, I believe I have said several times that I would not let in any immigrants (including legal ones) who are not properly vetted or can not be self sufficient upon arrival. We already owe 20 trillion dollars and the last thing we need to do is let in ****hole people who have to jump right on the government dole as soon as they arrived. In the old days, immigrants had to be self sufficient.

The vast majority of the immigrants the US takes in are white. Norway has an immigrant population of 16.8% whereas ours is about 13%, both legal and illegal. Define what is a ****hole country. Just try, for edification. Educate us.

BTW, you never did define what is an ****hole country. You’re the one that used those words in your post. You should know what words you use mean.

No, I just want to know what Trump means by what he says, just like normal people would both mean and understand, and that he stands by his words as commonly accepted and not change his meaning and/or mind so often as he does. Probably the biggest reason Trump was elected was that conservative voters, mostly Republicans but also Democrats, were frustrated with their “conservative” representatives making promises they did not keep and instead voted to the left of those promises based on the perceptions of those conservative voters. They weren’t conservative enough. Along came Trump, who made even bigger, more “conservative”, even radical, promises that those voters ate-up. Many people say what is understood otherwise than necessarily is literal.

I have a life and I'm not going to waste it with stupid ass stuff like this. Someone already posted the immigration stats for Norway. I don't see them letting in any from the ****hole countries that Trump referred to.

Population of about 6 million people allows in about 48,000 immigrants per year. Half of which are people of color.

So they arent big on immigration to begin with but they still allow half of them to be people of color (and/or from nations with predominantly different religions)

What was the problem?

But Trump wasn't really being racist and talking about people of color. That is the left's interpretation. He was talking about ****hole countries. In addition, Trump isn't the kind of person you can take literally. He is a very misunderstood person because people make the mistake of taking him literally. What he meant was we shouldn't be allowing people to come to our country who can't do it without getting on the government dole. He want's people to come here who are self sufficient and don't need our government's money to survive and he generally means that from any country. Like it or not though, the reality is, the countries mentioned, for the most part, do not fit that bill and are therefore, ****hole countries. If someone can come here from Haiti who is self sufficient and doesn't need US money to survive, he is OK with that.

Nahhhhhh, he was so. His comment re: ****holes (the ones named all being generally populated by people of color) was directly connected to whitey Norway in his comparison.

That is my opinion.
