Losers in the GOP tax plan, blue states are unwisely turning to tax evasion

It's interesting how the democrats always want to raise income taxes but then they want special deductions that counter those taxes -- in their states.

Now, they've devised a method by which they can circumvent paying their fair share again.

Fascinating.

At least they seem to agree that state income taxation was largely for the purpose of forced charitable contributions and that charity is best handled at the state/local level. I do not recall charity being among the enumerated federal powers in our constitution. It is good to see CA joining the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) party movement.
