The marijuana issue should be left up to the state government and, the federal government should not get involved with the state’s decisions on that matter. Jeff Sessions should not have any say about the legalization of marijuana! If I’m a state that has a ballot question about making pot legal and, the people voted for the legalization of it. I don’t believe that the federal government has a say in it. Now if we were talking about every drug to be legalized I would be standing behind the attorney general on some drugs. I’m a Republican, and I’m advocating for the state’s rights to do whatever on making pot legal. But, why? The way I look at it is a business standpoint where the state of California or the city of Detroit for example. If the state of California or the city of Detroit cut taxes on everything else besides weed the state can be resuscitated and, be an opportunity to businesses and, corporations can create jobs and grow the economy. Also, let the people build an economy in small businesses along with being a marijuana dispensary or whatever.
