2017: The Year of The Food Stamp Turnaround

As the economy improves under DJT? The SNAP program reached a peak in 2012, after the Great Recession, and has been declining at a steady clip ever since. So did DJT become president in 2012?

LOL

Can't see the forest for the trees, can you?

No. Please enlighten us.

Seven Reasons 2017 Was the Year of the Food Stamp Turnaround - Breitbart

As the economy improves under DJT, we can expect more and more people relying on themselves for a living vs. the taxpayers. This is something that should be celebrated and encouraged. Lifting the folks near the lower rung up and out of poverty is always a good thing.

Do you ever look at data or just regurgitate the C grabber.?
It's been going up steadily for 2 ? Years.
And yes, Obama had 3% months
And inherited job losses of 750000 / month
How many job losses did the C grabber inherit?

People getting off public assistance is a good thing. And DJT will be credited.

It has been said that it is very hard to turn a big ship around. Obama found that out first hand after he was passed a failing economy with no end in sight.

But turn that big ship around he did. And he sent that big ship steaming full ahead and passed a improved economy off to his successor, DJT. That ship is STILL steaming full ahead.

But if history repeats itself as it often does, we should prepare for the GOP to screw it all up as they have a tendency to do.

Yes, it will be difficult for DJT to screw up Obama's robust economy. But I have full confidence that he will find a way and the rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer. That's the republican way. It's just a question of when.

If ever there was an ironic way to use that metaphor, it's the way in which you used it here.

Because you want to portray the Trump administration (the trees) in the best possible light, you ignore the general trend of the past 5 years (the forest).

The decline in SNAP enrollment started under Obama.

Wasn't Obama's analogy a car in the ditch, not a big ship?
