I really do believe that the Presidency has taken a toll on Trump's Health. Trump is not aging well in the WH. It is getting consistently harder for Trump's handlers to cover-up mistakes he makes with his forgetfulness, and he has already had two issues with drinking water. Trump always looks tired when not prepped for a big speech, and he has slurred his speech in public twice. I do think the Covfefe moment was something health related. Nothing seems to stop him from tweeting like that. Obama seemed to age 20 years in the WH.

I don't like the guy, and while I agree the stresses of the presidency are tremendous (and Trump hasn't shown the best wellness habits), I don't see this as any indication of a health concern. I WOULD, however, like to see the internet edit the clip to make it look like he's holding a sippy cup...

I have noticed it as well. We all know the enormous stress that this job puts on individuals. Add this to Trump's well know habit of being a workaholic and his age. It is certainly a bad combination and may well lead to something significant health wise.

The only reason that this would concern me is it affects the Presidents ability to do the job. By all metrics his ability is questionable at best. Which is why I advocate for anyone running for president to take a test and have medical exams. The test should be extensive and last for days without any time off, you know just like the job. It doesnt take only mental acuteness, but knowledge, education and physical fitness to be the leader of the free world.

I think American society will have to come to terms with the fact that NOT everybody can do this job. This test you proposed would eliminate a lot of future problems, but then there is always corruption in the medical field. We have doctors yuking it up with politicians at the highest levels of their career. Should we appoint this doctor ourselves? At least in the military the doctor has the highest say, we can say that the doctor has the right to say that the CIC is not fit for duty. But then would that power go to said doctor's head?

You would need more than a single doctor. You would need a team thats elected by other doctors or something along those lines. Certainly a fair and just system for evaluating the candidates could be devised.

I think that it is obvious that having unqualified and incapable politicians in the government is a bad thing. But you raise a good point that such a vetting system could be abused. For example it could be used to keep certain people, groups or political parties out of the government. I suppose weighing the dangers of unqualified vs corruption are real concerns. Either way the current POTUS is woefully unqualified, incapable and corrupted. And it would be wise as a nation to never repeat such foolery again.

Perhaps part of the debates should be at least a public test of the candidates education and knowledge. Much like we saw that 'potential judge' fail to be able to answer basic questions about the job that he was nominated for. had Trump (and probably a lot other candidates) faced such questions publicly he wouldnt be President right now. Because who would vote for anyone who had no clue what they are doing or supposed to be doing? Im guessing that I have voted for people who had they publicly been vetted with such questions that I wouldnt have voted for them knowing that they were unqualified for the job.

And this has been another daily Oh-God-Please-Tell-Me-This-Means-Trump-is-Dying Hot Take from NeverGOP. Stay tuned for the next one!

Yeah but they shouldn't be gotcha type questions either, like Mr. Trump what is the name of the person at Trump Tower who cleans the toilets on the fifth floor. I mean, he SHOULD know that, but that's a bit unreasonable. It should be job related, and the media has to grow a backbone. As much as I defend them, they need to do a better job actually asking questions. Don't just let the candidate talk over you! I guarantee that the public would very much enjoy a journalist getting in some candidate's face. Say, "Sir. You didn't answer my question." over and over again, until he properly answers it without dodging! But this would require transparent candidates and none are.

Trump never could multi-task.

No he shouldn't.

When I see DJT wobbling around, unable to stand unassisted like the Queen of Corruption, coughing fits, etc. I'll start being concerned.

If he is struck down now he will become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

wow. people who voted for Hillary(serious fall or health scare every 6 months) Clinton are knocking Trump's health?! I'm pretty sure she's hobbling around in a leg boot as we speak.

you people never cease to amaze.

I was thinking of an official test. You know questions that demand job knowledge. Important questions like: what powers does the President have and not have? Is it appropriate/legal to set policy through your twitter account?

Some jobs/freedoms need to be updated for modern times.
