Biggest mistake McCain ever made, at least in 2008. Palin made no sense, Alaska was going to go Republican even if McCain picked Gaylord Comquat as VP. He should have chosen someone from a swing state that might have delivered that state more or less as a favorite son. I'm still scratching my head over that choice as VP.
 
It is one thing to get in a fight at bar with some loudmouth. But when it is an adult son fighting his dad that is just not right.

I think money ruined this family.

Richardson, Governor of New Mexico, Obama Cabinet pick, grand jury investigation.
Spitzer, Mayor of New York, hiring a prostitute.
Larry Langford, Mayor of Birmingham (2008). Indicted for bribery.
Marion Barry, former Mayor of Washington (2009)(current City Councilor). Failure to file income taxes (his cocaine conviction was a long time ago).
Sam Adams, Mayor of Portland, Oregon (2009). Homosexual relations with a teenager.

Back when Palin was nominated for VP, a hunting board I was a part of went nuts with excitement. I wasn't familiar with her at the time so I looked her up. JFC! You have to be kidding me!


I was, for the most part, for everything she was but she couldn't put 2 coherent sentences together. I was expecting some well refined, intelligent, hard hitting women and instead I got Chrissy, the full of spirit, obnoxious, bimbo 2 weeks removed from cheerleading.
