When your investigation proves more criminal activity within your investigation than the person being investigated, you should probably go ahead and hang it up.

A couple of points:

1. Your first sentence is correct...as pertains to "Re: What “Skippy” Mueller and his Kangaroo Court has revealed thus far". The rest of your post was NOT revealed by Mueller at all.

2. The rest of your post has been revealed by other sources, a suppressed FBI informant, the DOJ OIG, the actions and statements of various members of the Obama administration.

So...your OP is addressing two different issues that have some measure of overlap...

Mueller. In regards to "Trump/Russia", Mueller hasn't...to date...come up with much. As you say, three people charged with stuff that has nothing to do with Trump/Russia.

In my opinion, he has done more to uncover evidence of people, both in and out of government service, playing quid pro quo games and using their influence with government employees and agencies to enrich themselves and individuals and businesses from other countries. This is unacceptable and should be stopped. I, for one, don't want Mueller to end his investigations...even though I don't think he'll find anything to implicate Trump. Just sending a message that "pay for play" and "you scratch my back and I'll scratch your back" for monetary purposes will not be tolerated is justification and reward enough for me to support his investigation.

DOJ and FBI. This is a whole 'nother can of worms that very well may be the biggest black mark on the Obama administration and may result in prison for some. This issue DOES affect the Mueller investigation, as it pertains to the validity of questions about the Trump/Russia thing. It's looking more and more like that was a total construction, by the Obama administration, to damage Trump, prevent him from winning the election and to help Hillary by letting her skate on her crimes.

This issue is just beginning to become known...at least to the point that it can't be ignored. Many have suspected or felt that Obama was more crooked than Hillary. This newest information...and the information in the full IG report that is due to be released in the coming month...will likely bring numerous people in the Obama administration criminal charges. At the very least, a number of people left over from the Obama administration who are still in government service are likely to lose their jobs. Besides that, this scandal could remove the very basis of the Mueller investigation and cause it to be ended because it's not needed.

Agreed, right now my biggest concern is if the AG is doing its job. I want clear answers withe everything laid out open for public inspection at its conclussion. I will judge things at that point.

Amazing how republican Mueller turned from honored trusted praised former FBI director to this vile creature. I have this fantasy that he’ll have a press conference and say he found nothing against Trump, and then Newt and Hannity will re-discover what a brilliant unbiased person he is. Then again, the FBI has always been a bastion of quasi communist liberals. That’s why J. Edgar is so revered by the left.

“God Hillary should win 100,000,000 – 0,”

That's right all 10,000 of these text messages occurred at recess time when all senior agents were all out on the FBI's playground.

It's not difficult to imagine that the FBI has no playground monitors for their agents, so the fact that scores of them aren't playing doctor with their pants down or "secret agent man saving the world" is not difficult to envision.

Why can’t FBI agents have political opinions?

If there is a case to be made, it will be made on evidence, and the views of someone working on the case are probably completely irrelevant.

They cannot have political opinions on company time when the are charged with investigating the candidates and parties they favor and the canditiates they beleive they must destroy as "insurance" if the votors get it wrong

There was a very good reason the founders did NOT provide for Roman Lictors whose duties were to protect the Imperium and to execute any challengers to its absolute authority or German Gestapo (Geheime Staatspolizei) or in the vernacular "state secret police"

Maybe its past time we once again look at the dangers imposed by our own giant secret state police. or a US Gestapo, the FBI

I do get it, the Washington Imperium views Trump as a threat to their "national" security (not ours) and that is precisely why we elected him.

PS: The FBI gave Hillary permission months to destroy all the evidence long before they gave immunity to all her co-conspirators and then decided she had to be innocent long before "investigating" her. The FBP or "The Federal Bureau of Pandering"

Well now, this could be a real blow to Mueller's investigation:

A lawyer for the Trump presidential transition team is accusing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office of inappropriately obtaining transition documents as part of its Russia probe, including confidential attorney-client communications, privileged communications and thousands of emails.

In a letter obtained by Fox News and sent to House and Senate committees on Saturday, the transition team’s attorney alleges “unlawful conduct” by the career staff at the General Services Administration in handing over transition documents to the special counsel’s office.

The transition legal team argues it could be a violation of the 4th Amendment – which protects against unreasonable searches and seizures.

Kory Langhofer, the counsel to Trump for America, wrote in Saturday's letter that the GSA “did not own or control the records in question.”

Were these texts sent while he was on the case?

Still not sure it matters. I’ve seen plenty of racist prosecutors, but they never seem to need to be recused from prosecuting a minority.
 
The insane premise behind these partisan protests is that Trump should only be prosecuted by his supporters.

Without evidence of criminal activity within the investigation, it seems wrong to assume there is any, much like it would be wrong to assume those they are investigating did anything criminal, without evidence.

And so far as I am aware, the worst you can level at the Mueller team is that one guy who appeared to have an anti-trump bias who they kicked off the team once they found out.

I'm just waiting to see if they actually come up with anything or it's all bull**** and allegations/vague unrelated things.
But in either case, stopping the investigation before it is complete isn't the way to go.

Using false evidence - the Steele Dossier.

Perjury - lying to a FISA judge about the evidence.

Illegal surveillance - surveilling Flynn with no probable cause.

Illegal unmasking - unmasking American citizens surveilled under a FISA warrant.

Most recently: illegal search and seisure, when Mueller received thousands of emails from the GSA.

When the FBI or the AG's office or whoever is investigating someone, mere probable cause to believe a crime was committed is insufficient.
The the person to be investigated must also be someone the LEOs feel friendly toward.

You'd be amazed at the number of investigations which don't go forward because there're no investigators who like the guy enough.

Could you provide some evidence that these things occurred?

I haven't heard of any of this at all, except that there were/are questions as to the Steele Dossier's validity - not that it was proved to be false.
