I think it was an uncomfortable situation where it was between boss and subordinate so a possibility of... "PERFORM OR ELSE!" kind of situation.

Sure you can. For the most part anyway. Most HR people and managers in general often make sure they have at least one other person in the room when they have discussions. Also, most places of business are cubicles these days, and have lots of common areas. Yes, there are places to corner people privately but this is why any manager OR employee should go to HR and document every incident, no matter how mild.

I know. In all this new visibility into sexual harassment and assault, it never even occurs to me to consider their party.

But his posts show you how invasive partisanship is in some people's' lives...they cannot think outside of that box to consider there are other perspectives (esp. ones less toxic).

Yes, but you'd think as HR he'd know the guidelines for handling such things. I'm not blaming the victim tho...predators are predators and you cant prove everything. SHe approached him away from the workplace as well.

I agree too.
I wonder if they just keep trying again and again if blocked.
FOX NEWS is just as bad.
Well over 300 popups blocked in one minute.
That is my gauge of whether a site is worthy of visiting.
The absolute worst, though, was The Blaze. There was so much crap on that site the content was unreadable.
I have seen click bait with less popups.

If she did what she was accused of and knows it, then of course she dropped out.

Moore said he didn't do what he is being accused of and there is no proof he actually did any of those things.

I hope you don't expect people to resign if they didn't do what they are being accused of.

I don't think you would want to live in that world.

Well don't compare the two then.

The person here was accused, admitted it and then resigned.

Moore has not admitted anything so the accusers have to provide proof, which none of them have.

Unless someone took pictures of him creeping on teenagers 40 years ago, I doubt "proof" exists. The fact that there are many and that he was banned from a mall for doing it ought to tell you something, but I doubt it tells you anything.
