Anderson Cooper's mean tweet at Trump

Copper should just say he sent it and then announce that since his behavior is apparently "Presidential," he is running for President.

Criticism and witch hunts are two entirely different things.

Trump is wrong about a lot of things he says, (quite often) and so was the "boy wonder" that he replaced.

It's people like you who choose to defend one while excusing the other. In fact, it defines you.

When Trump tweeted that he had to fire Flynn because Flynn had lied to the FBI....and suddenly realized (or was told) that was a really stupid thing to tweet, suddenly his lawyer claimed to have made the tweet. Pretty dumb or pretty loyal lawyer depending on how you look at it. But Trump was severely without cojones in that instance.

I think it more likely the assistant lost his phone in the gym than that a lawyer would make a ridiculous tweet to save Trump from an obvious falsehood.

I would just like to point out the a YYYYuuuugggee majority of New Yorkers totally reject any description of Donald Trump's behavior as typical New Yorker behavior.

That's my reaction too. Just doesn't sound like him - at all. Heck, for that matter, who says "tool" anymore? It's the kind of thing someone would make up but I just don't see that coming from Cooper.

Oh, please. Before he was POTUS he sued a reporter for supposedly understating his wealth, and he did it just for spite. Didn't even put on an attempt to win the suit, just drug that reporter through the legal wringer because he's a spiteful asshole and wanted to cost the reporter and his employer money. That's who the man is. Don't try to attribute something noble to his being a spiteful asshole.

Let's be honest, Trump's tweets are pretty easy to spot, or at least imitate. I would like to think Anderson's would be a little more high-brow, but I don't know him off-camera.

Trump's awful behavior has nothing to do with New York. It is totally his own.

Maybe you get that Trump is a major '''hole... no need to try to pin that on 19.75 million people, and explain it away as some how indigenous to the area. Give him the credit he deserves.
