Peter Strzok who headed up the FBIs Countrr intelligence division under Obama also headed up the pre-Russia investigation.

It was recently revealed that he was removed from Muellers team and demoted to human rescources and now we may have an asnwer as to why.

Out of all the text, this one stands out like a sore thumb....

" I want to believe the path you threw out in Andy's office ( a reference to Deputy director Andrew McCabe ) that there's no way he gets elected.

But Im afraid we cant take that risk. Its like a insurance policy in the ulikely event you die before your 40....."

CNN reported back in April that the FBI used the dossier to bolster their case for obtaining a FISA warrant....

That is, the Obama FBI took opposition research funded by the DNC and the Hillary campaign, based a huge investigation around its unconfirmed contents and used it to obtain a FISA warrant to surveill the Trump campaign prior to a Presidential election.

Deputy assistant AG Bruce Ohr was also demoted and now we know his wife was specificay hired by Fusion GPS to conduct anti-Trump research.
FCC records also show she applied for and recieved a HAM Radio license during this time.

If the police are investigating a suspect, and one of the investigators is caught on tape calling the suspect a scumbag and they can't afford to let him get away, does that invalidate the investigation?

He was originally hired by Republicans for opposition research. People pay him to find FACTS. His reputation and job depend on is credibility. The fact that Hillary or Republicans hired him to find dirt on Trump doesn't matter at all. They hired him to find factual dirt. Why would they hire someone to make stuff up?

When people pay for opposition research are you saying they want a bunch of unsubstantiated lies?

An agent who's allowing their bias to interfere with their investigative process is a compromised investigator, not a thorough investigator.

You haven't explained how their bias would interfere with their investigation. As I already pointed out, it's bias IN FAVOR of a suspect that's a danger in an investigation. The investigators are looking for wrongdoing they're not looking to exonerate the suspects. We have an adversarial legal system. The prosecutors prosecute and the defense defends. It's the judges and jury that must remain neutral and unbiased.

Your entire argument has been totally dismantled. Your loyalty should be to your country. As a loyal citizen, you should want investigators to look under every rock to make sure our president is not being blackmailed or influenced or beholden in any way to foreign agents.

Apparantly, your loyalty is to the charaismatic leader of personality cult. When faced with evidence of his corruption you blindly defend him. Maybe when this is all over you can seek deprogramming.

I watched some of the hearing of Rosenstein in front of the House Intelligence committee.

Some of the texts read were really damning. One implicates "Andy" McCabe". McCabe was suppose to come before the Intelligence committee yesterday but at the last minute cancelled and many believe it is because he has a Strzok and Ohr problem. There have also been reporting that even though McCabe still holds the title of Deputy Director of the FBI, Director Wray has cut his his duties significantly as he currently under investigation and the investigation has been coined "Operation Train Wreck" according to an un-named source.

I think Jim Jordan of Ohio has put all the pieces to the puzzle together over what actually happened. I also think Rosenstein did a good job in answering the questions.

You could save yourself a LOT of embarrassment if you would just inform yourself on these issues before posting at DP. Christopher Steele was NOT hired by a " Republicans ", hell Fusion GPS wasn't hired by " Republicans ".
The Conservative Washington Free Beacon hired Fusion GPS, but stopped using Fusion GPS when Donald Trump won the primary. Christopher Steele was hired by Fusion GPS after the Washington Free beacon stopped using them and he was hired for the explicit purpose of anti-Trump opposition research and was paid exclusively by the Hillary campaign and the DNC

Why should they care if Christopher Steele's dossier was true or not ? He is not a actual criminal investigator, you realize that dont you ? All they cared about is whether or not they could pass off the allegations in his dossier as a legitimate intelligence assessment. The Obama administration not only passed it off as a legitimate intelligence assessment, they used it to obtain FISA warrants
