After graduating from Princeton University in 1966, Mueller joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served as an officer for three years. While deployed in Vietnam, he led a rifle platoon and ended up receiving a Purple Heart along with a Bronze Star, two Navy Commendation Medals and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, according to his FBI biography.

Upon the completion of his FBI term, Mueller spent a year working as a consulting professor and lecturer at Stanford University, where he focused on cybersecurity issues.

Robert Mueller: What to Know About the Special Counsel | Time

That's the guy that FOX News is trying to smear to protect a lowlife like Donald J. Trump who dodged the draft. Robert Mueller is just doing his job for his country. It's not his fault if Trump turns out to be lying traitor.

It does not mean that he cares about justice.

If he more interested in convictions than he is in justice, then he's a disgrace to the uniform.

Prosecutors tend to be more interested in their conviction rates than justice, the guy seems to be no different.

We need to fix the system, tuning up prosecutors is a good place to start.

Embarrassing Mueller very well might be a public service.

But y'all do seem to believe that Trump's above the law.

No.

No one is above the law, as proven by Richard Nixon.

We simply believe he is innocent of any crime until proven guilty.

How come this concept is so hard for some people to understand.

Is there something about a purple heart that gives you an everything free pass for the rest of your life?

Trump didn't dodge the draft. Trump received the standard school deferment along with millions of others in school. Then he was determined ineligible for military service for medical reasons along with millions of others with medical problems. There's no evidence he even sought the medical deferment.

BTW, millions more were exempt due to being married and/or female. Both of which were eligible for enlistment if they chose.

Whew! It'll come as a relief to you, then, that Mueller hasn't engaged in either.

You have a point. Mueller hasn't done so, personally. However, his investigation is basedbon false evidence.

And you'll be equally happy to know that your above statement is bull**** and utterly unmoored from reality.

Really glad I can bring such relief.

What's confusing is that many Trumpco customers are behaving as if the investigators are guilty of wrongdoing.
So folks wonder if Trumpco customers are actually proponents of "innocent till proven guilty" or if they're just worried about their gored ox.
If there weren't all of these attempts at trying to impute wrong doing on the LEO's, then it'd be less confusing as to what Trumpco customers are on about.
It seems if Trumpco customers were merely advocating for innocent till proven guilty, that principle would be applied to the LEOs conducting this investigation.
But it's not.

Afaict, the investigators have not even be accused of any actual wrong doing.
There's just lots of well poisoning going on.
Well poisoning looks just like the kind of crap a guilty ****er would try.
"I'm not guilty—the system is guilty!"

That's how things look from the outside.
That's why attacking the investigators muddies the water in re the whole, "We are only advocating for innocent until proven guilty," schtick.
That's what makes it look more like Trumpco customers are only concerned about their ox and the "till proven guilty" bit is an ad hoc fig leaf hastily tossed on top.

ymmv

Your proof?

The investigations haven't turned up a single shred of evidence? Those investigations?
How do you rationalize holding on to the idea that there's not been a "shred of evidence" while also acknowledging that there have been confessions and indictments?

If they are not guilty they would not be convicted. Mueller can sit me down anytime he wants and guess what he won't find anything. Somehow Conservatives find it okay if a person laundered money, evaded paying taxes, lied in an FBI investigation. I remember when you Conservatives went nuts because Clinton lied about an affair. Something Ken Starr was not looking into so does your same logic apply to slick Willy. The mental gymnastics Conservatives try to do would impress the Flying Walenders. I watched buttplug Jim Jordan the Ohio Congressman question Jeff Sessions on why he was not appointing a special counsel to investigate Hillary. Sessions stated" that accusations against Hillary would have to be of a factual nature. Let me translate for you Conservatives....that means this hot air horsecrap spewed on the airwaves by the Conservative media is bull crap. Get it boys....now chant the right wing media is fake news ,the right wing media is fake news, the right wing media is fake news. By George I think Bubba's got it!. Facts have to be involved,,,problem solved.

You aren't raising hell because Abedin and Mills got off scot free after lying to the FBI.

None of you wet your pants when Timothy Geithner admitted to not paying taxes. Hell, he got appointed to Secretary of The Treasury.

Because you can't post a shred of credible evidence in your very next post, in this thread. The only thing you can present is circumstantial, at best and even that's a stretch.
