FBI used dossier allegations to bolster Trump-Russia investigation

FBI used dossier allegations to bolster Trump-Russia investigation - CNNPolitics

"The FBI last year used a dossier of allegations of Russian ties to Donald Trump's campaign as part of the justification to win approval to secretly monitor a Trump associate, according to US officials briefed on the investigation.

The dossier has also been cited by FBI Director James Comey in some of his briefings to members of Congress in recent weeks, as one of the sources of information the bureau has used to bolster its investigation, according to US officials briefed on the probe.
This includes approval from the secret court that oversees the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to monitor the communications of Carter Page, two of the officials said. Last year, Page was identified by the Trump campaign as an adviser on national security."

Who headed up the pre-Mueller investigation ? Oh thats right, it was Peter Stzrok, who was fired from Muellers team and demoted from being head of the FBI's counter intelligence division to human resources. The DOJs demotion of Bruce Ohr is also releVent, they both had access to the dossier, Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS

Remember, FBI Director Christopher Wray was asked by Rep Jordan, if the dossier was used to obtain FISA warrants that led to the surveillance and unmasking of Trumps campaign staff. Jordan also requested a copy of the FBIs FISA application that led to this surveillance. Something tells me he's onto something here. Also, if there's nothing wrong with the FBI using Hillary and DNC funded opposition research to obtain FISA warrants, why did the FBI remove Strok from heading up the FBIs counter intelligence division and demote him to human resources ?

If its true that the FBI under James Comey took " opposition research " funded by the Hillary campaign and the DNC and presented it as legitimate intel to the FISA court to obtain FISA warrants to spy on and unmask the political opposition prior to a Presidential election, then this scandal will make Watergate look like a parking ticket.

Also, The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia said that Judge Rudolph Contreras recused himself from Flynns case, but offered no explanation as to why. Maybe it has something to do with him being a member of the " Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court "
