Obamacare covers ODS. Since Trump is bent on reversing anything Obama did regardless of what it was, I imagine no. (he even reversed a regulation that required airlines to disclose baggage fees. now they can hide that until you're literally at the airport with bags packed. MAGA)

There was no additional "regulation". The initial "proposal" was an onerous double down of existing consumer guidelines.

The only question here is did you realize it was fake news and pushed it purposfully or were you just victimized by the lying media again?
I will give you the benefit of the doubt and gather this fit the narrative in your head already and just glommed onto it to toss in the garbage pile in a non malicious manner.
Its not just that they lie.. They can take perfectly reasonable story and reforge it in a way that conveys a totally different narrative than what actually happened.
Some reporters do this for their own purposes of course whether professionally or politically. Many are too lazy to actually take the ten minutes or more to uncover what is actually going on with the fake media and just parrot what someone is pushing.
They depend on others to be too lazy to dig a little deeper as well.
