So, is the point to scroll back to the first president who lied and denied and say that gives a pass to every one since? That how it works in your world?

Let's face it, win or loose, Roy Moore is going to be the face of the Republican party. Particularly if he wins.

You know, 3 or 4 years ago, the people opposing Gay marriage said 'If they pass gay marriage, the next step will be approving of pedophiles.

Guess what, those same people in Alabama are doing?

True, reports of the "rumor mill" do not substantiate, or prove, existence of the ban. They do conflict with the claim that the ban has been has been disproven, and the reports are evidence that Moore
was believed at the time to hawk young girls at the mall whether or not a ban was ever put in place, which is the real question.

Very True--with Trump they have burned down their family values platform. 81% of Evangelicals in this country cast a vote for Trump.

If Donald Trump & Roy Moore are an example of their religion, there's not many in this country that are going to want anything to do with their religion. I think they're FAKE Christians. No one could have voted for Donald Trump while referring to themselves as a Christian.

That's been debunked, yet you still keep repeating it. The man who was accused of telling officers to watch out for Moore said he never said that -- yet you persist.

What's so sad is that we have a few stragglers hanging onto these tales even when there's clear evidence that some of the accusers are liars of the worst sort.

The accusations that actually matter -- those that accuse Moore of pursuing underage girls and committing sexual assault have been debunked. The only stories that remain involve him asking legal-age girls out. That's it. There's virtually nothing left to see.

But like 16 women have come forward with sexual harassment accusations against Trump and yet not one claims that he grabbed their ******s.

The immorality and dishonesty of the laughable "family values" party has just reached the point of absurdity. Even McConnell - who had previously said that Moore's actioins were disgusting, that he believed the women and that Moore had NO place in the U.S. Senate - has now "walked back" his claims. Even the RNC - who had previously denounced Moore's candidacy - is now interjecting money into his campaign. Now, when you have an admitted sex abuser in the Oval Office, none of this should surprise anyone.

The bottom line is that in order to preserve their thin majority, the Republicans have now simply adopted the "L&D" defense with regards to claims of sexual abuse and misconduct.

Simply Lie and Deny and refuse to admit to anything.

Could be. Teen age boys like to brag about their supposed sexual exploits. Maybe middle aged men with the maturity of teen aged boys do the same.
