I think you guys don't understand much about economics. It's not your fault that you're so easily fooled.

Obama's trend continues, but they claim it to be Trump's doing :lamo

I accidentally hit the like button. I think the above graph shows there's quite a bit more to the story.

Trump is kicking ass and taking names!

Ah, but if the graph above is correct, and no one has shown otherwise, the nation's unemployment numbers at the end of Obama's presidency were very low. After looking at factcheck.org the economy and other indicators of the nation's health approaching the end of Obama's presidency, although all not all rosy, point to many good things including low unemployment. And you spout off a ridiculous statement about the lack of such under Obama. Your hate shows through.

Trump is kicking ass and taking names!

He can't remember those names and you know the kicking can sometimes be bigly frustrating when you get the kickers in place, and I know some of the best kickers, believe me, the economy, Muslims, MAGA!

Trump admin undid the Obama-era regulation requiring airlines to disclose baggage fees to customers when they start the process of purchasing a ticket.

Can't wait to hear how that's making America great.

Do not attribute this to Trump unless you're also willing to blame on Trump the recession we're overdue for and there are quite a few alleged bubbles ready to burst.

Give credit to having Rep. controlled Congress for several years building market confidence.

It's CONGRESS that has the greatest impact on the economy, not the President.

If the economy were bad would you blame Obama or the Republican Congress?

Obama pushed the stimulus and other economy saving measures. The economy would be even better if the Republicans hadn't stopped the infrastructure projects Obama proposed.

Obama was moving us to clean energy which the Chinese are now jumping on. Trump is bringing us back to coal which has no future.
Obama was going to give us leverage against China with the TPP deal with other Asian countries. Trump sunk that ship.

Obama was an amazing president. He came into a mess and fixed almost everything. It would have been even better if the moronic congress didn't stop him from infrastructure which would have created countless blue collar jobs.

Now those same Republicans who cried about the deficit gave huge sums away to corporations and the rich. In doing so, they're just creating a bubble that will explode. And the deficit will explode. So, we're back to idiots running the country into the ground again.

And Congress couldn't do anything that Obama opposed. So how can you give credit to Congress alone? That's absurd. And what did Congress do exactly?

So, when the deficit goes up a lot, and a Mexico starts trading for cars , corn and wheat with Argentina , we can blame them, right?

Yes or course because of two related maxims:

1) If it's bad, blame it on the Democrats because it is always their fault.
2) If something good happened, then give credit to the Republicans.

Yes, of course, I've noticed you and other 'conservatives' always give credit to the Democrats for the tax cuts when Reagan just happened to be sitting in the WH!

BO didn't do anything other than piss money away. And for that we had a sluggish economy for eight years. Now, all of a sudden, BANG!!! Leftists take credit for a rip roaring economy 10 months into DJT's administration.

Yeah, I'm not sure every day Americans are going to see it your way. Just a guess. :)

Hispanic unemployment is looking mighty fine. Ought to be worth a few thousand votes for DJT in 2020. lol

It's following a trend. There is no "BANG!!!".

But, but, but, working people are suffering. Liberals say so.

Yeah, just look at DJT's approval ratings. All time RECORD!!!......LOWS for a guy in his 1st year.

In all seriousness, it's too early to judge Trump on the economy. It's done well, likely because the business community expected and got a huge tax cut, but that's the easy part - anyone can cut taxes when they haven't figured out how to plug the deficit hole that is coming. But if in 4 years we're still on this path, sure, he and the GOP Congress will deserve the credit. But at this point other than a little juice from the promise of a $trillion or so in tax cuts, we're on the same trends we've been on for quite a while.

But, but, but, working people are suffering. Liberals say so.

Actually conservatives were saying so every day, regardless of the continued drop in unemployment rates and soaring stock market. Riiight up until January this year.

Still waiting to see something trump actually did to affect anything when it comes to the job market. I see GE is layoff 12,000 people, maybe those jobs everyone is talking about require you learn to say Welcome to Walmart. MAGA
