Transgender Weightlifter Makes History By Winning Two Medals

Sad that you'd be so openly jealous of someone who's achieved more than you have.

I don't consider cutting off ones pee pee to enter a womans weight lifting competition an "achievement". for example, an "achievement" would be like you getting your G.E.D or a job.

How did you? 99 percent of the mockery of this event is based on what most of us see as self-evident: it is outrageously unfair for biological women to compete against biological male eunich's. Male and female anatomy are created by genetics at birth, not silicone boobs or surgical imitations of genitalia. Female hormones can't change basic advantages of those born (and usually raised) as males.

The whole purpose of a sexual division in sports is to provide an opportunity for millions of women to excel in competitive sports against peers - not to provide an avenue for a dysphoric male (or their supporters) to satiate their cravings to flout he/she is a "woman".

If you cared about women having a fair and level opportunity, you'd know that.

I know the posters background and tendencies, that's how. Pure, emotion-driven pablum, as always.

That you're whining about that it's 'unfair' is quite irrelevant to anything I've stated.

LOL! Deflect all you'd like, but your anger and jealousy at her achievement only serve to underscore the lack of any in yours and your self-hatred and bitterness about the bad decisions you've made in life.

If you actually had one, you wouldn't be in tears about such a trivial matter.

Why would I be angry? I wasn't an actual biological woman in that competition.
Why would I be jealous? I'm happy with my numbers I am sure they are more than yours.
Why would I have self hatred? I do very well for myself.
Why would I have bitterness? I find the whole thing laughingly absurd.
Why would I be in "tears"? you seem to be projecting your over the top emotions on me. *shrug*

If you weren't, you wouldn't be melting down and trying to mock the individual and the achievement.

You're motives are, as always, transparent, much like your bitterness.

Sad, really, but you're not fooling anyone but yourself.

I take up a lot of space in your head. you know you are not my type, right?

Do you have anything to say on the topic or are you just turgid for the Good Reverend?

Wow. Your self-flattery in right on par w/your self-delusion.

Not really. It's an idiotic whine fest and a rather pathetic attempt at mockery.

As such, it's completely on par for you.

Nice!

Then tie up your man bun, and take a hike. thanks!

Can we get some congrats to this brave earth systr for breaking down barriers and taking home some hardware! this wymn took out the competiton with aplomb!

how does a man who transitions to a woman manage to compete when there are strict anti doping provisions, Now I have no problem with a woman-to-man competing against men but I have real problems with the reverse in several sports

such as strength and speed events. male sprinters have an advantage over females due to the narrower hips. women have wider hips for child birth but it interferes with a more efficient stride

in some sports trans women have no advantage over other women.

Anti-doping rules don't include hormones.

they sure did when I was on the NADA list (for two different sports) HGH,testosterone are all banned for men and women. One of my students, on a world team 3 years ago, is a Type I diabetic (Juvenile) she wears an insulin pump. We had to get affidavits, medical records, pharmaceutical records etc so she wouldn't be banned because insulin is seen as a "masking agent" for PE drugs.

a trans male to female might not be taking PE drugs but some of the stuff probably would be banned in a non-trans athlete. this issue first came out when Richard Raskin (sp) became female pro tennis player Renee Richards. she lost lots of muscle due to her transition but she still had wider shoulders which, according to some top tennis coaches, allows more spin on the second serve. of all the shots in tennis, the second serve is the one where the men and the women are most divergent.

I have played trans athletes in some sports. There is a trans woman who was briefly on this board (I will not list her name out of respect for her privacy) who was a very strong table tennis athlete and while I did not play her, i watched her play at a tournament in Dayton almost 40 years ago and had no idea she was a trans athlete. and I didn't pick up on any advantage since at that time the wife of my coach, He Ja Lee, was our national champion and she and another korean Lady from Ohio, (In Sook Na (Bhushan) were far better than most of the men in the USA and often would be in the final four of the big money tournaments in Ohio. So in some sports men who transition to women don't retain an advantage. In some sports they do and in those sports I would oppose their competing against women

Slap on some pink sneakers and call yourself a woman, yeah right.

"it's" also the first "woman" to do it with a pair of balls between her legs, another first folks.

I'm waiting for when there will be a movement demanding that we go along with schizophrenics that think they're Jesus Christ. Call them by their preferred pronouns! Lord, God, Christ.

This reminds of that retarded pregnant man bull**** that libs were trying to claim years ago. A man beating a bunch of actual women at a weight lifting competition is nothing new.

Transgender "women" will never be real women no matter how much liberals wish it.

I am for treating trans-women just like cis-women in around 99% of situations. Certain sports, like competitive weight lifting, fall into that remaining 1%.

In am for treating cis-women as female, and trans-women as male or male eunuchs (depending on the state of their genitalia), in most situations. Certain sports, like most of them, fall into that treatment category.

It is idiotic to treat "Klinger" as anything other than a oddity.

Couldn’t agree with this more.

Really don’t care at all what someone one wants to call themselves or dress or act as. Makes no difference to me and I will address them how ever they want.
But this is just to much.

They have no business in women's locker rooms or toilets, especially ones that still have penises.

Would you be willing to call a schizophrenic that thinks he's Jesus God?
