Jared Kushner is the "very senior member" of President Donald Trump's transition team who directed incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn to contact the Russian ambassador to the United States and other countries about a UN Security Council vote on Israeli settlements, sources familiar with the matter tell CNN.
Sources: Kushner was the 'very senior' transition member mentioned in court filing
Here we have Pence saying he's so dissappointed to learn that Flynn lied about meeting Kislyak. But Kushner told Flynn to meet with Kislyak. And it's hard to belive that Trump didn't know that Kushner ordered Flynn. And Flynn is a military guy. He knows the chain of command. He would NEVER take orders from Kushner to do something legally questionable (Logan Act violation).
So, Trump and Pence threw Flynn under the bus. They knew Trump ordered Flynn to meet with Kislyak. No need to prove collusion. That theater of lying and throwing Flynn under the bus, while not illegal, is shockingly dishonest and immoral.
Does anyone here really believe that Kushner acted alone? Does anyone belive that Trump didn't know? Did Pence know?
