Why would Felonious Bill have needed twitter or social media when the entire Goebbels Inspired Media Propagandists (GIMPs), FemiNazi’s and his Party were bulldozing the way forward for him... running over the women he assaulted, attacking Ken Starr for doing his job, marveling at his ability to lie and slither.

Trump uses twitter to get around the GIMPs... Most accounts put the origins of social media around 96 -96.

I have no doubt that Billy Bob didn't use social media. I used computers starting in 86. We did not use social media anywhere that date.

As I pointed out, the forms I listed WERE a form of social media. The definition of social media states:

forms of electronic communication (such as Web sites) through which people create online communities to share information, ideas, personal messages, etc.

That fits the form of USENET, BBS, newsgroups and the internet in it's early stages with email. I started in 1992 with some of those.
