I don't see the logic in your statement as a reply to the op. It's more a question of obeying local German law vs foreing law.

It is a surprise that a German court would rule against application of German law. On the other hand, we have issued second Passports to US citizens going to Muslim countries after previously having been to Israel.

The logic is quite simply. Vols and many on the right have no problem discriminating against Muslims or an entire country but then complain when an entire country is discriminated by someone else. Can't have it both ways.

one is a ban on travel from 8 or so nations where vetting is not adequate and harbors known terrorists. the other is allowing a company to ban all jews from thier airlines.

Yeah, that's why your boy Trump said he wanted a Muslim ban during his campaign. And yet you have no problem with him allowing Saudi Arabia OFF the list, so spare me your faux outrage. Has nothing to do with vetting.

So, if I say I support one aspect of something trump has done, that makes me a trump supporter?


1. I am against his stance on the war on drugs.
2. he's still engaging in military adveneturism did not bring troops home.
3. he's pro affirmative action
4. He's on record against gay marriage
5. he reinstated the 1033 program so cops can get tanks
6. he's pro prison
7. he's pro eminent domain
8. restricted cuban travel
9. universal health care


These are things off the top of my head I disagree with trump on. you know the things you guys never talk about because your too busy worrying about koi ponds and hand sizes.
 
What I understood is that the court don't see the airline responsible to a law of their homeland, avoiding forcing the airline to be punished by their homeland.

But on the other hand I presume the company is responsible in their decision to operate overseas where there is law that guarantee everyone equal rights and against religious and other kinds of discrimination.

Anyway, as far it is only a airline and there are competitors which Israeli can choose as alternative, I don't see a big deal.

You didn't read the article that well.

The Kuwait government has a ban on Israel right now. If the airline was to go there they could be fined.
the german court ruled the way that they should have.

It has nothing to do with Jews.
