In fact, Judge Moore dismissed a divorce action brought by Nelson against her husband in 1999.

“[Nelson & Gloria Allred] said that Ms. Nelson after the allegations had never seen or had any contact with Judge Moore… In 1999, Ms. Nelson filed a divorce action… The judge assigned was Roy S. Moore,” said Roy Moore’s Attorney.

She's not going to turn over the yearbook. They are in deep **** now. And to find out Moore was the judge that sign her divorce papers that's how they got his signature and the initials that his assistants put on the divorce papers. Face it there busted.

Any of these women caught lying should be charged with slander. So shameless trying to influence an election to prop up a Democrat.

Or because he would refuse to recuse himself if she made the accusation, nobody would believe he - including the appellate court, and he would make things as bad as possible for her. According to the accusation, he didn't just molest them, he threatened them if they disclosed.

It really is quite amazing. You want to ignore everything bad reported about conservatives in any left wing media, but you want all right wing media believed without question. And you act like that actually makes some kind of sense (Volsrock et. al.)

I read your CNN article and it stated that Moore's campaign is requesting Ms. Nelson turn over the yearbook to be reviewed by a neutral party to determine if Moore wrote the inscription.

I suggested this in another thread days ago. It was the first real piece of evidence being brought forth that could be investigated for authenticity and determine who is telling the truth and who is lying.
 
Mr. Moore's attorney is correct to ask for the yearbook to be held by a custodian with access by both parties to analyze the writing's authenticity.

And that all avoids the fact that good Christians, i.e. no Catholics, have a dispensation from God himself to do whatever they please with any boy, girl or pet AKA the Joseph and Mary angle.

Moore similarly said he had never heard of Nelson. The signature on the divorce decision also looks a lot like the signature in the yearbook.....so it's a mixed bag, IMO.

Yeah. All you got is CNN quoting Moore's lawyer. And you are taking it as gospel. If I'm wrong, quote the part of the story that supports you that ISN'T Roy Moore's or his lawyer's babbling quotes.

Allred said they would agree to have the yearbook examined by "an independent expert or experts" after a US Senate committee -- either the judiciary or the ethics committee -- agrees to conduct a hearing into the accusations about Moore.

What are the chances of that happening before the election? Zilch.
Isn't there some way some legal eagle in Alabama insist since Ms. Nelson went on national TV and accused Roy Moore of attempted rape, that she be forced to turn over the Yearbook?
If her claims are true, why wouldn't she be in agreement to willingly turn the yearbook over?

Bingo if her claims were true she would turn it over TODAY...why not have it authenticated before she went public? Because its FAKE!

I disagree. :no:

1. It would be more likely for the person involved in a divorce to remember the judge who presided, than it would for a judge who presided over many cases during his years on the bench to remember everyone who ever appeared before him.

2. The fact that the signature looks much like that on a document the accuser already had in her possession argues for the possibility of the forgery. Hence a need for expert analysis.

If I knew that someone had signed something in my yearbook where I worked and then tried to molest me at the age of 16, I would surely want to turn the yearbook over for it to be examined to validate my claims.
 
Wolf Blitzer asked Gloria Allred if she will say flatly that yearbook inscription isn’t a forgery. Allred refuses to say this, even when pressed repeatedly by Blitzer.
