Accuser LIED About Having No Contact With Roy Moore After Alleged Sexual Assault

That's only in cases where there are no disagreements on either side of the divorce and no disagreements on splitting possessions. If there is disagreement it absolutely goes before a judge and both parties absolutely see the judge.

She's not hiding anything, it's all about getting Moore to testify under oath, the same bull**** she tried with Trump.

Edit/ she could be hiding something but that is my opinion on her motives.

What if I told you, Delbert Adams was Moore's assistant. His initals appeared on all of Moore's official documents next to his signature. They would not have appeared in a yearbook allegedly signed in a restaurant. The obvious answer is the person forging his signature in the yearbook copied his signature from Nelson's divorce decree which included those initials. Nelson erroneously thought they stood for District Attorney. OOPS!

That yearbook needs to be turned over to authorities and examined. Period.

Agreed. That may actually be enough to prosecute the accuser. If Allred coached her into forging a signature on the year book, she should be in legal distress as well.

She offered to testify under oath. Why won't Mr. Moore? The encounter wasn't denied by his lawyers, only the yearbook.

I think the "Dumb Ass" is more applicable to Allred and her client, neither of which thought that probably forged signature through.

Either way, if it's a forgery, and it certainly looks like it may be, her allegations are now in the toilet.

We should lock her up too. No sane, alt-right winger thinks women should be anywhere but the bedroom or the kitchen. Maybe picking-up the kids too, but that's it.

I am reasonably sure that anyone being accused as Moore has been would like to have all the evidence available to him while testifying under oath. Apparently Allred is trying to rush the "under oath" aspect to avoid evidence. It would take a matter of one or two days to get both sides experts to check the signature in the yearbook. Allred wants to avoid that with a biased Senate hearing. In an actual court hearing, Allred would not be allowed to withhold such evidence. She's looking for a political victory and another 15 minutes of fame. She is afraid of treating it as an actual legal case.

I don't know that he won't, but as of now he is not under investigation by the ethics committees that Allred wants.

Look up the word "alleged". At this point, we do not know if he preyed on anyone. It's little more then "He said...she said".

Forget about all the allegations... just whipped cream and cherries on top of the disgrace that Moore is... Right-thinking people in Alabama should vote against Moore cause he suggested Congress shouldn’t accept a Muslim... the man is unworthy of the office he seeks... doesn’t know basic civics... doesn’t understand our country.

No. If it can be proven that they did, in fact, lie...they should be charged with the crime they falsely accused the other person of. I'm not talking about there just not being proof for her story, not having proof is actually the norm for these types of things. You have to have actual proof of false allegations. If you have that, they get charged with what they accused. Slander is way too light of a punishment for failing to destroy another person in such a manner.

Which would be fine as long as his legal team has access to all evidence involved, before any such testimony under oath. In an actual court case, Gloria Allred would be laughed out of the court room if she expected any different. And she knows it. That's why she is refusing to first turn over the year book. She wants a biased Senate hearing.

I cannot think of too many establishment members of congress in either party who I would consider worthy of the office. It should be up to the Alabama voters to decide.
