So Mitch McConnell, a Republican, and the Majority leader of the Senate who is trying to get bills passed favoring Republicans, but struggling due to a slim majority of Republicans in the Senate, is actively trying to torpedo and otherwise perfectly good Republican by hiring women(one of which who admittedly voted for Trump) to tell bold faced lies about this Republican in order to increase the odds of Democrats gaining another Senate seat which they will use to make McConnells job more difficult? That's what you think is going on here?

I think you better give your brother Sherlock a call and have him help you with your deductions. Generally with deductive reasoning it's better to go with theory that requires the least amount of assumptions.

I mean you can make up a bold faced lie about anyone, and if the lame stream media is so successful at convincing the liberal sheep that the lie is true why choose these specific men, and not others that they don't like?

Better yet, why wait so long? O'Reilly and Rodger Ailes were thorns in the side of Liberals for decades. Paying a bunch of women to lie about sexual harassment and sexual assault could have torpedoed their careers long ago. Why wait til now?

Heck George H.W. Bush doesn't even matter anymore. He's not the president, he's not running. In fact, he endorsed Hillary Clinton over Trump, and they're still telling lies about his sexual misconduct. Why bother when they could do it to someone like Steve Bannon?

Don't they realize that if they lied about fewer people then conservatives might be more likely to believe them? Why waste a lie on an irrelevant 41st president when they could use it on Rush Limbaugh?

And another thing, why are all these women lying about Harvey Weinstein and Louis C.K.? Those guys are huge liberals. Weinstein has donated millions of dollars over the years to Democrats like Hillary Clinton. Why are her voters eating their own like that? I mean I suppose they could just be doing it to try and make themselves seem less biased, but then why not go after someone a little lower on the totem poll. They love Louis C.K. and yet they're spinning lies about him to destroy his carreer just to make their lies about Donald Trump seem more plausable? How dastardly.

I think some of them do and others don't. that is the problem with he said she said stories 10-20 years later.
I find it funny that all of a sudden out of no where there are all these women that claim sexual harassment.

No way to verify their story or what they say is true we are just expected to believe them.

i think some of these stories have to be examined closely instead of appeal to emotion arguments being made and the assumption that she is right and he is wrong.

there have been other cases where women have been caught lying over rape and sexual harassment accusations.

Multiple unrelated accusations such as these are unlikely to be false. The women's stories are too similar and Moore's signing one of the girls yearbook is the kicker. Tell me how many DA's sign HS yearbooks of anonymous female students? The pattern is quite clear and this is nothing like the Duke case in any way.

as i posted elsewhere if he did it then he should be prosecuted.

signing a year book though is not evidence of rape.

He IS being prosecuted in the court of public opinion and that will have to suffice since the abuse happened so long ago. Signing that yearbook is evidence of his "interest" in pursuing young girls wouldn't you say?

And what charges have come of it.

FFS, she and her husband have been investigated to death over a period of 20 years and NOTHING has EVER been found.

Anyone still clinging to putting Hillary in jail is deperate....
