It's very Important that at this juncture while the right is collapsing all around this country , To explain to as many people as you can get to listen, that this hate group that elected their hate candidate and put this mentally unstable character next to the little red button that once pushed ends mankind. Is by far the biggest threat to this country ,they have to be stopped and in my opinion not treated like the opposition but like the enemy they are to this country. Like I said they have to go.
 
Yep, now is the time for anyone who is progressive to show up and run for office, vote for everything you can, and discuss policies with people. The likely other shoe dropping may be the horrific tax plan Trump has for the middle class. When you hit people in the the paycheck, they do not like it!
 
Well that's a lot. The right isn't collapsing yet, and viewing political opponents as enemies rather than opposition seems like a dangerous concept. I suggest taking a walk to clear your head and taking deep breaths.
 
Peanut has a point. Remember, Trump divides people, and by no coincidence, that is what Putin wants. So, be kind to your elderly neighbor and maybe mow his grass, instead of pointing out what an idiot he was, voting for Trump.

The right is "collapsing"?? No...I don't think so, but you should keep thinking that.

Good luck getting progressives to "listen" to anything. From what I've seen, they are too busy shouting while they are protesting.

Hate group...hate candidate...biggest threat...enemy...blah, blah, blah. Dial back the hyperbole, eh? Your blood pressure will thank you.

The best suggestion I have for you to get your fellow liberals to stand together...even though that won't nearly be enough to advance your agenda...is to actually come up with some kind of position that doesn't depend on your hatred for the right.

Hmm...well when you push for extremists on the Left to take power, you can expect those who disagree to react by supporting extremists on the Right to balance the equation.

The Obama years saw major Progressive-Left inroads into our centrist society resulting in the backlash of the Trump election.

Meanwhile, Obama's election was a reaction to the Bush Jr. years (Patriot Act, secret courts/search warrants, Iraq/Afghanistan).

The TDS reaction from the Left to Trump's election, exhibited not only by your OP, but by people having a "scream-to-the-sky" day, an Antifas "March against Fascism" day, and all sorts of other emotion-based reactions has created a deepening divide pushing more and more people from the center to both extremes.

I'd suggest toning it back a notch...but I know that would be a futile suggestion. :coffeepap:

If you think that your God and leader and your congress isn't hateable then you are blind. Then that's your problem and not mine. But I hardly care what my enemy thinks anyway. so who are you talking to. I'm old enough to realize that it is hard to get to people and I'm in no way asking for much. just tying together a group of people who realize what a disaster you and your God are, being the biggest threat this country has today and you have to be dealt with that way.

You are correct that will be futile. Just have a question, what do you call the enemy's of this country and how do you treat them. Just wondering. People look away all the time on issues like this and the biggest evilest most cruel governments and leaders in our history was glad handed by a group of people much like you. Can you deny that.

Progressives should stand together so they can more easily be tagged and cataloged.
 
I don't think you people understand, the hate party has to go, it will be replaced with another conservative party but the republican name won't be used because it will be to poisoned by that time. There is nothing worth keeping in a party that can elected the lowest level of humanity as there God and leader. You people have to be dumped and watched closely from this time on ,so you don't make another attempt at destroying this country. The Idea that The left shouldn't fight with the same hostility and hatred that your party consists of' is just not possible, tell me why we should give up that advantage. That advantage that is on the right side of this issue. . WE can't give this country away to your parties hatred. My hatred is derived from realizing who the real enemy of this country are. You elected a hate candidate on the hatred he spewed during his election. I hate that consequence.

You've been around here long enough to know that I have no "God"...that I am probably one of the least religious people on this forum. So, your stereotyping is meaningless and useless.

But that's okay. I know that logic and reason have no part in your life. Your hate is all you have.

'cause that'd be the US political left.

Why in the hell would I take note of anything you have said in this forum. I'love it when people attack your logic, not with a example but with the kindergarten charge just saying I'm illogical. Yes I do hate you, I'll gladly admit it , I hate every enemy of my country. Always will. You and your hero have to be gotten rid of and that will happen.
