People Believe Whatever They Want and Feel Is True Regardless of Journalism

I really do think that if more people accepted that they are fallible maybe the current political climate would be less divisive. I don't think so. There was a time when I thought that such self delusion was growing, but then I realized that that was only because I was self deluded. :)

I mean, the US fought a civil war that killed 600,000 Americans, equivalent to 6 million lives today... hard to get more divided than that.
