Two of the worst mass shootings in US history occur recently; one in Las Vegas & one in Texas. Both shooters are white.
Trump says nothing about terrorism in these two incidents.

Recently an immigrant with dark skin uses a rented truck to kill people on a bike path in NYC.
Trump screams terrorism & he also screams about immigration.

Why the double standard Donald Trump? Why don't you call terrorism terrorism for what it is, instead of being the POTUS that covers for white terrorists?

and of course Trump immediately talks about needed new legislation in terror attacks but wants to stay a billion miles away from any suggestion of legislation in these mass gun killings. More Trump hypocrisy.

Probably because terrorism is violence done to achieve some 'political, religious, or ideological aim.' If you are aware of a political, religious or ideological aim in this shooting or the one in Las Vegas, lay it out there and we can discuss if the term terrorism is the appropriate word to use.

He's kissing up to his base. No way he's going to criticize white guys with guns. That's who elected him, that's who's keeping him in the WH. He loses them the GOP turns on him in an instant and he's out within a week.

These murderers cowards, killing kids, they'll sick disgusting people. But Trump's silence about them being sick and cowards speaks volumes about him, and his base.

Trump was way ahead of the evidence in both cases. And both times it fit his pre-conceived notion. He ended up being correct in the first case, we'll see if gets lucky a second time.

No, this hate filled, emotional, nonsensical rant speaks volumes about you, not Trump or his base.

as far as the Las Vegas shooting LE isn't saying aka they are protecting evidence that portrays the shooter in any fashion

in the case of yesterday's shooting in Texas there have been those that voiced an opinion the shooter did indeed have some political motive but at this point in time that is not clear

as far as any definition of terrorism, there is no real agreement on the term. I'm confident that many of the dead in both the Vegas & Texas shootings were terrified before they took their final breaths. I'm also confident that some survivors will also be terrified for life.

Terror is terror; defining it means nothing ................... Trump is covering for whites IMO ..............

as far as your quote, "violence done to achieve some 'political, religious, or ideological aim" standing armies have been guilty of that, even US forces.

Yes, how dare I call these murderers cowards and sick disgusting people?

26 dead people, including kids. Nothing to get emotional about that, not in your world huh?

So, what you are saying is that the Texas shooter may be some angry, hate-filled liberal who chose to shoot up a church because of his hatred for Christianity? OK, that's possible.

Did the mass murderers in Vegas or Texas have a 'political, religious, or ideological aim.' like the mass murderer in NewYork did? If not then there is no double standard, just ignorance on your part because apparently you do not know what the definition of terrorism is.

Its possible that the murderer in Las Vegas was some anti-2nd amendment scumbag trying to push people towards gun control. After all he could have just as easily have that high of a body count with just 1 gun a couple dozen magazines and maybe 1 or 2 guns in case the first one jammed. He really didn't need 23 firearms in his room.So I think he was trying to make a point with those nearly two dozen guns he had in his room. Its possible that the mass murderer in Texas is a leftist atheist who hates Christians and just shot up a church for some political or anti-religious aim..

Perhaps you shouldn't use a tragedy like this to take your anger and rage out on Trump and his supporters then.

Very possible.

He targeted his mother-in-law's church. I think there is a story there.

Yeah, don't let actual definitions of words get in the way of your Trump hate

What is the official definition of terrorism? Did you post that here? As I stated, there is disagreement on any single definition of terrorism.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism

There is no commonly accepted definition of "terrorism".[7][8]

https://thelede.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/11/20/define-terrorism/

What is terrorism?
It’s not hard to recognize; we can safely avoid postmodernist arguments about knowledge and truth. Terrorism is the deliberate killing of innocent people, at random, in order to spread fear through a whole population and force the hand of its political leaders. But this is a definition that best fits the terrorism of a national liberation movement (the Irish Republican Army, the Algerian National Liberation Front [F.L.N.], the Palestine Liberation Organization, the Basque Separatist Movement, and so on). There is also state terrorism, commonly used by authoritarian and totalitarian governments against their own people, to spread fear and make political opposition impossible: the Argentine “disappearances” are a useful example. And, finally, there is war terrorism: the effort to kill civilians in such large numbers that their government is forced to surrender. Hiroshima seems to me the classic case. The common element is the targeting of people who are, in both military and political senses, noncombatants: not soldiers, not public officials, just ordinary people. And they aren’t killed incidentally in the course of actions aimed elsewhere; they are killed intentionally.

LOL.. Perhaps you should take your own advice.

Trump could gun down people for no reason and his supporters wouldn't care.

Why wouldn't average Americans feel they can do the same ?

Welcome to Trumps America folks. Where shooting people is cool.

Big surprised, the privilege is for whites only.

From WIKI: Terrorism is, in the broadest sense, the use of intentionally indiscriminate violence as a means to create terror, or fear, to achieve a political, religious or ideological aim.

Obviously what this guy did fit the first part of the definition, but not the second. At least not yet.

wtf??

Oh, that's new to me.

Yes, she is/was a member of this little congregation. And the reason for Kelly's military discharge was assaulting his wife and child.

I have been looking into the concept of 'terrorism' for many years & I see a lot of BS going on; one people, or one government says it is one thing & another people, or government says it's something else.

When it comes down to it those that define terrorism really have no idea what it means.

Those on the receiving end, well, they may have an idea how to define it.

I refer you to post 16.

You don't understand that when Trump stated he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue & he wouldn't lose any votes, that was a GREEN LIGHT for anyone to go out and act out what Trump himself claimed?

Wow, not using the ole noodle there, huh?

The NYC attack had a known motive, please share the motives of the Vegas and Texas shooters
