Trump TWEET of the DAY

I can't believe so many small brains are still getting upset about a tweet.

Beats me. I don't know Kyle or the history of whatever it is he said/did. But good try at deflecting.

ITS THE SAME DAMN THING as the situation with Warren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You read minds?

I've stated the evidence for my opinion. It's fine with me if you disagree. You might tell me why you disagree. What has he done or said that leads you to believe that he understands his role as president and its' limitations? A back and forth of 'sn'ot/s'to gets boring after a while.

I can't believe so many mindless morons have any respect whatsoever for a POTUS that constantly demonstrates he is unfit for the office he alone holds, demonstrated by his own actions, some of which are having no decorum, nor respect for the office of POTUS, constant disrespect of other American citizens & political figures, constant disparaging remarks, and generally acting like a 9 year old bully while he holds the nuclear codes.

What's even more upside down is FLOTUS heads an anti-bullying campaign ................ She should start with the 9 year old asshole she married ...............

No. Now answer the question.

If it is being done in a derogatory way to demean and insult the person because they self identify as that group, and the person using it has a history of racist views, then yes, it could well be racist.

I think it stems from the fact that almost no one is willing to admit that what she did to get her degree was unethical, if not illegal.

Even my grand mother on my mothers side had to pass the test necessary to claim she was native American. This dopey democrat just checked a box on her application form.

What test was administered?

 Like I said, I don't know Kyle or the history of whatever it is he said/did. Only reason I can think of to bring him (whoever he is) into the discussion is to deflect away from the fact that Trumps tweet isn't racist because it is actually just him mocking someone who lied about being a Native American. You could call him rude for doing so. Un-Presidential for doing so. An idiot for doing so. But what it is not is racist. And calling him such based on this would be nothing more than hyperbolic exaggeration at best. Resulting in a demeaning of the word "racist" which in the end just makes people start ignoring the word which would be a detriment to when actual racist things happen.

You don't understand, likely because you don't wish to understand. Calling Warren Pocahontas is not racist nor is it an attempt to ridicule Pocahontas, but to ridicule Warren for falsely appropriating indian lineage. It just upsets you because Warren is one of your tribe members and you feel you have to defend her using whatever means necessary. So you use the bogus charge of racism, which is where you guys always go when you cant make an intelligent argument.

:lamo

Leftists are more worried about the facts around a woman that lied about being an Indian to exploit special opportunities reserved for Indians than they are about the woman that lied about being an Indian to exploit special opportunities reserved for women.

Trumps use of the word 'Pocahontas' to describe Warren is wrong and inappropriate. The correct term is 'Fauxcahontas'. She is as fake an Indian as is Ward Churchill.

Except.... she didn’t seem to get any special preference for doing this.

But it’s funny to see the snowflakes like you panic about it.

It's casual racism. Not necessarily "red men are savages" racism. But, just a casual racial dig. To deny that it is is absurd.

You sure about that....

Warren aides clammed up yesterday and refused to answer questions about why she stopped listing herself in the AALS directory after 1995. Around that time, Harvard Law School started boasting that Warren was their first minority female professor.

Bernstein reported on Sunday that beginning in 1986 and continuing through 1995, Warren had listed herself as a minority professor in the Association of American Law Schools desk book.

Law prof: Elizabeth Warren’s boast an edge

Or is this not specific enough for you? You want something along the lines of Harvard stating outright that they gave her preferential treatment based on race...something which is against the law?

"Casual racism' lol that's a new one. Had she claimed to be part German to get preferential treatment and Trump called her Eva Braun would that be 'casual racism' also? Of course not. You guys on the left really need to get off this 'everything is racist' kick.

Pocahontas was awesome, an American hero. Using that name to deride someone is stupid at best and kinda marginalizes the historical figure's contribution to our nation. It's actually worse than calling Kim "Rocket Man".

I wish all our representatives had the courage and integrity of Pocahontas and I wish people called me "Rocket Man".

It appears Trump is terrible at name-calling. He intends to degrade someone with a nickname but gives them an awesome one. It's funny and would make a good comedy skit set on a playground.

Trump has a very high likelihood of saying something racist. Because he is a racist. It's not that hard to understand. Since Trump is a racist, he says racist things. That doesn't mean he's part of the KKK. It just means he's an asshole who has never had to learn how to behave in civilized society.

There you go again. Trump isn't racist. Racially insensitive maybe, but racist, no. Here is a dictionary definition of racism you might want to refer to before you make accusations like that:

prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior

sounds like Trump to me.

I don't believe that Trump wants to be a third world dictator, I believe that not being a professional politician he overstates in some cases and shoots his mouth off on Twitter in other cases, and in yet other case, he's bombasting much like any other politician.

I think that claims that Trump is a third world dictator, wants to be a third world dictator, or that he is a White Supremacist, a Nazi, are all little more than flipping poo like a monkey up against the wall to see what sticks, to see what denigrates Trump the most.

Donald J. Trump‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump Nov 3

Pocahontas just stated that the Democrats, lead by the legendary Crooked Hillary Clinton, rigged the Primaries! Lets go FBI & Justice Dept.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I thought Pocahontas passed away centuries ago ............

That's our president communicating to the nation pedantically from the presidential toilet. How proud are we as a nation to have elected this human dumpster fire?

sounds like Trump to me.

Does it? Howso? You have evidence that he thinks his race superior in some way? Its possible, I suppose. After all he has been a democrat his entire life.

Yes - it a racist comment and we see right here in its use that the right wing does not like to be deprived of its ugly weapons.

Nope. Sorry, McCarthy. Not everything is racist that you don't like. If anyone did something racist, it's Warren. How about you rightly focus your fake outrage on her.

Kyle was told he was German by his family. Warren was told of Native American ancestry by her family. When both proclaimed the ancestry they were told, neither was LYING.

And I think you know that which is why you run from a straight answer and continue to defend the racist practice of Trump and others.
