Former President George H.W. Bush has a blunt assessment of Donald Trump: "He's a blowhard." And his son, former President George W. Bush, has harsh words for his Republican successor as well: "This guy doesn't know what it means to be president."Those stinging comments mark the first time the former presidents are speaking out about Trump in such stark terms, as part of a new book about the father and son by historian Mark Updegrove, titled "The Last Republicans."
Both men went on the record to give their candid assessment of Trump, as well as rare insight into their thoughts on the 2016 presidential race as the drama unfolded.

The Twitterman won't like this...

Their take was just about mine. But Americans have him the job. He is our President. Too late to complain.

I had to laugh, JoG. “Too late to complain.” Come on!! Now THAT’S funny! ;)

It's time for all liberals to get in line behind Trump in exactly the same way conservatives did for Obama.

It's definitely time for America to decide to be better.

Not sure if your post is sarcasm, but I CAN tell you that I was behind him after he was elected. Trump? Well, it’s a little harder to get behind him... ;) He is in desperate need of a little swag.

GHWB was a guy who had “it” handed to him by Reagan.

GHWB is a guy that got schooled by the Socialists of America Partei (SAPs). He said those famous words, “Read my lips, no new taxes”...

...Then he decided he could get along with the SAPs and raised taxes to please them. They smiled in the photos with him, but when election time came, the SAPs used those words as a shiv, and stuck em up his ass.

GHWB was a sucker, and it cost him reelection.

Trump is getting **** done. He’s actually doing what he said he would. If only the feeble R’s would grow a pair.

Trump isn’t a country club Rockefeller Republican... Thank God. He’s what the electorate has been pining for openly for ages:

1. Not beholden to anyone.

2. Shoots straight... so straight even the SAPs can understand him.

3. Isn’t PC.

4. Is pro American.

5. Will piss in the faces of both parties if it means getting pro-American stuff done.

Blowhard... too bad he didn’t reserve that for Felonious Bill and his concubine Monica.

He's not my president.

That's fair. Trump is a blow hard. Reminds me of hard core salesmen and self-promoters.

He's not my president.

Are you an American? Yes? Then Trump's your president.

Sorry, but you're just gonna have to accept that, as it is the facts of the matter. Same as Obama was the president for those who didn't like him or disagreed with his policies.

Most Americans voted against him.

The "Elderly" George HW Bush is not in his right mind. He can say what he wants about our President. You can look about G HW with a smile...no harm no fowl.
GW Bush, who was a good hard working President is only criticizing Mr. Trumps tactics and the way he's leading our Republicans. Bottom line is the unorthodox way our President is handling situations.
I can understand the bitterness in GW Bush with the tragic situations placed upon him. However the irrational comments made by both should be kept to themselves.

Unfortunately for you, I don't care what George H. Bush has to say.

I also don't twit, tweet, or twat. But many Americans do including lots of celebrities. I think even Pope Francis puts out twits, tweets, or twats.

At any rate, it currently is one of the modern forms of communication. It's possible it marks Trump as innovative, adaptive, and a leader not shy to embrace technology. Again, many Americans use it like they use the internet. I just got a damn Gmail from the VA Hospital notifying me that veterans can now follow the VA on twitter.

(Makes me curious to what extent other Federal entities like the FBI or ATF use Facebook or twitter?)

On the other hand, that opinion is a very obvious truth.

There's a difference between truth and liberal-Demo fed brainwashing.
Doesn't matter what they say...they want their seven minutes of fame and not fifteen.

Oh no...we want the Libbos to keep doing exactly what they're doing. It's perfect!

GHWB is using his age and infirmity as a cover to grab women's asses and you have to respect him for that.

That is not a relevant statement.. and does not effect at all the truth about Trump.

I will also point out that the original statement was from a Republican. That makes that statement doubly inconsequential.

I understand the denial...I do.
The relevancy is to attack our President, using former Republicans who tried but stumbled.
If our President is so called "bad" why so many voted him into office ?
Perhaps the Electoral had a "hand" in it ?
Wait...sorry,my bad...I meant the Russians.
This is to anyone reading...like it or whatever...Donald Trump is our President. let them say whatever they want. It's a chatter and it doesn't matter.

Whatever floats your boat. I have ZERO respect for him.
