Gollum J. Trump (Twitler) is going off the rails

Even Carter said (paraphrasing) he’s never seen anything like what’s happening to Trump.

Trump is doing something Republicans haven’t done... fight back. The Socialist of America Partei (SAPs) and their propagandists aren’t used to it.

If there was any question, the “Media” has also been exposed as dishonest SAP propagandists frequently. That’s wonderful.

As for his tweeting... It helped win him the election, and it will help him drain the swamp, and keep exposing the SAP propagandists.

Nobody’s seen anything like it, as Carter basically said.

My question for you is... if you were hammered as Trump has been, would you just sit there, or fight back?

I like that he’s fighting back. It’s also a reason why he was elected. He’s pro-American... and a fighter.

zimmer and carter sittin' in a tree...

It's nice when you have someone else playing your victim card for you I'd guess.

In order to make that work, they need (IMHO, of course) stop coming off as being completely anti-gun, and jettison the really rabid SJW stuff. I understand that there are genuine issues that need to be addressed on both of those fronts, but they are not coherent or common sense on them at this time. The GOP isn't sane or common sense, either, so I would think that this should be a reasonably easy exercise.

Contest : first side that really ditches the extremist nuts gets my vote. I might even join a political party for the first time in my life.
I commented elsewhere on the gun issue (agreeing with you), but yeah the Dems need to back off the culture wars and cultural identity politics (which not surprisingly are now picked up by Trump as a backlash).

The culture wars have been largely won.

It's the economic war that's now where the action's at, and Trump stole much of the blue-collar base away from the Dems too. The Dems got to get them back, minus the Alt-Right segment.

Well, except for the fact that the religious right / GOP is trying to reverse all they can. Because they have some significant sway in Congress and the SCOTUS, nothing is really finished. I would love to flush religious fundies that want to turn us into THEIR theocracy out of politics, but that's not possible. Another parasite taken into the GOP by Saint Ronnie.

This guy may be getting ready to vie for the title of craziest American senator:

If he gets in, I think he will own the title outright.

I do agree that at the social level, the culture war is done. However, laws have power even when they are not popular. And, the GOP seems to have figured out the formula for winning more seats/power while getting fewer votes during the last few cycles.

You are absolutely right, now it is the Right, GOP, and Trump propagating their culture wars.

And I think it will not win for them, in the end. I still think the Dems should run on the universal values I described earlier in the series of posts to which you replied.
