No one sat, no one knelled, but lots of guys did lots of other things signifying spirit and freedom.

I have given the NFL a lot of crap of late, all of it deserved, so I wanted to take this moment to say something nice.

The only difference on Sunday is that Trump and Jerry kept their big mouths shut.

Too little, too late for me, but to each their own.

The players are too lazy to even kneel. They now just sit

Thinking that something like the NFL is deserving of attention is really the problem

You mean like forever?
Are you asking if I'm gone from the sport forever?
If so, I don't use terms like forever because things can change and I could come back. I really enjoyed football once upon a time.

For me the anthem is just another symptom of the cancer within football. I'm tired of all the off the field drama's distractions. I tune in to watch great athletes compete on a level most of wish we could. When they get back to putting the emphasis on playing the game I will return but I think maybe the sport is too far gone.

The fact of the matter is I don't find being a fan enjoyable, any longer.

:lamo If the 49er's got off their knees, they just might score a few more points.

I'm a 49er fan, so I'll lol at that.

But maybe they should bring Kaepernick back. He was at least fun to watch. I don't think it's right that someone should be denied work for the their political beliefs. I think this applies to conservatives and liberals.
