Bowe Bergdahl, the Army deserter who walked off his base in Afghanistan, is whining that the US treated him worse than the Taliban.

The 31-year-old sergeant told British TV journalist Sean Langan in an interview reported in The Sunday Times of London: “At least the Taliban were honest enough to say, ‘I’m the guy who’s gonna cut your throat.’ ”

What a POS ..was he honest and tell his Commander he was deserting...and for them not to search and put American men in danger...he cut Americas throat and got 6 people killed

Did he EVER think about the comrades he left behind, the soldiers who lost their lives searching for him? And what Obama paid to get him back?

Sick bastard! should have been sentenced immediately upon your return, and either be sitting in a cell for the rest of your life, or shot for desertion.

Sentence him to exile in Afghanistan and drop him in an area controlled by the Taliban or ISIS. Let him return to where he says he will be treated better.

Still, it's a bad idea to let everyone know you want to deport US citizens to ISIS. This wacko isn't an excuse, and you're revealing your character. Is triggered, spiteful, downright bonkers and willing to send US citizens to ISIS really the image you want to project?
 
Bergdahl is nuckin' futs, if you ask me. Possibly literally, I would expect that someone who thought wandering off into the desert one day would probably be especially susceptible to Stockholm Syndrome.

Relax. Getting worked up over nutty nonsense a deserter & former prisoner of the Taliban said isn't worth your time.

Obviously some did. 6 of Americas finest died searching for this idiot. One highly placed government official traded his sorry ass for 5 of the most dangerous terrorists we held. Then publicly praised him and his worthless dad. Granted him promotions while in custody.

Now we find out what we knew all along. He is a deserter and traitor. Bergdahl should be treated as such.

When you speak of nutbags, are you referring to a past President? If so I agree. What Bergie says is not important. What a highly placed government individual said and did is.

AFAIK, one of the claims that has not been made is that he is mentally disturbed. (I'm speaking of Bergie) The claim is that he is a deserter and traitor. He admitted that.
