First the title is a flat out lie. There has been no increase! This is just another attempt by NBC to create fake news. Please give us some names of who is the super secret source for this nonsense.

The story carries the names of the writers.

The title does not claim Trump increased nukes ten fold. The title says TRUMP: Increase nuke ten fold. The intent and meaning should have been obvious - Trump is saying we should increase nukes ten fold. It does not say "Trump increases nukes ten fold" which is what it would have to have said for you to have a point. So you are simply wrong and crying wolf where no wolf is in the vicinity.



Days ago we heard the same old whine about FAKE NEWS from Trump regarding Tillerson calling him a "f'n moron". And now Trump is admitting the possibility and challenging Tillerson to an IQ test over the term. My oh my how far he has come in accepting the fake news.

This is no different as its part of the same story.

One thing history teaches us is that we humans are capable of unimaginable acts of stupidity and evil. So, we humans can’t be trusted with nuclear weapons. Also the Cuba Missile Crisis wasn’t the only close call.

Like for example when Russian early warning system believed clouds was nuclear missiles launched by US towards the USSR in 1983.

That even if a world without nuclear weapon is utopian today you need to start the process towards that goal. There as start is that nuclear powers don’t increase their stockpile, like for example Donald Trump seem to want. Also preventing more countries gaining access to nukes.

You can also question if USA and Russia need to have thousands of nukes. That even if USA and Russia “only” had a couple of hundred nukes each, it would be enough of a deterrent. This could save tens if not hundreds of millions of lives if the worst happen and you had a full out nuclear war. Also having and managing thousands of nukes can't be cheap.

My Wife and I talked about Trump a few days ago and we both think it's best to not try to fight Trump, but to out think and out last him.

A Major outbreak in War is now more than ever, more likely than less likely.

Survival should be your priority,

I realize that, but at this point, how could anyone still be dumb enough to think that Trump is intellectually and mentally equipped for the presidency? Hell even during the primaries he didn't even know what the nuclear triad was and still got more votes than any Republican primary candidate in history. Regardless of the color of the unarmed man being shot by police while running away, the practice of police shooting people for issues other than their (police) safety needs to be stopped. Obama helped put the spotlight on is the issue using examples that were already in the forefront of the public's mind.

1. We still have thousands of nuclear weapons in our arsenal. At the height of the Cold War, it was estimated that we needed a little more than 200 nuclear weapons to annihilate the Soviet Union. That was at the height of the Cold War, and we still have thousands today.

2. Every single nuclear weapon we have poses a danger to Americans as there can always be an accident that results in safety mechanisms being thwarted and one going off on U.S. soil. We came very close back in 1980 in Damascus, Arkansas when a Titan II missile exploded. Had the warhead gone off, it would have killed millions of Americans. We came very close to such an accident back in 60s over North Carolina as well. Since the onset of the nuclear age, there has literally been thousands of accidents with nuclear weapons and its only a matter of time before one of them goes off. Every other president, other than the idiot we have in office now, understood this and that was a lot of the motivation behind reductions in our stockpiles.

You ever yourself why Conservatives and Evangelicals would rally around Trump when he isnt either of those things. They elected him to do exactly what the left is losing it over. For far too long left wing activism has been the ruling class of the country and it has stood unopposed in DC.
