We need background checks for computer purchases, we need full psych evals of anyone who might have access to one.

Computers, in the wrong hands, can sway entire elections, can pry out any and all bits of private and personal info that exists on anyone, can hack vital infrastructure systems, etc.

Computer control NOW!

No need to worry

The NSA has all the computers connected to the net under its watchful eye

Not good enough. Despite those weak laws, heinous computer crimes, some would even call them....mass hackings...are still happening.

I propose a ban on computers...well, except for government employees, because we can trust them implicitly.

Imagine if there was no NSA, the mayhem it would be. Pron would be all over the place illegal downloads would be huge Amazon would be shut down from all the virus's

Perhaps a middle ground, where some computer activities are controlled, but peoples internet porn would not be torn out of their sticky gooey hands.

Perhaps making virus creation and hacking illegal, along with distribution of child porn, but allowing regular tentacle porn and watching cat videos legal.

Only irrational fools would call for a total ban on computers, and only irrational fools would call for unlimited computer powers (ie to create and distribute virus's, hacking etc

It SEEMS so simple, doesn't it? And yet....people just...can't....seem....to get it.

Do you think open carry should be allowed?

Can you link to any national news story where the computer was the sole reason for a dozens of deaths at once? No?
I didn't think so.

Well, I mean, sure. A desk top would be a bit cumbersome, but iPhones, tablets, lap tops. Why not?

Hold on a minute....I'm just accessing your hacked equifax data...just the basics, SS number, routing numbers, credit history...

And you and I and people we like will issue the permits.

I didn't know money problems = death. Interesting comparison. I guess if your dead, you won't have to worry about Equifax.

Not a bad idea.
We can go further in checking those who uses computers to contact children or view child and black gay porn.
Like politics...is it right to check perspective computer buyers ?
Looks like this touches the Privacy issue.

But does it touch the privacy issue in that special, private place?

What is wrong with black gay porn and why is it listed with pedophiles?

Here's my take on Computers and as we post...
Our ISPs are monitoring the sites we visit.
Google from what I understand has blown whistles on users visiting illegal sites.
Some of these sites like Google can possibly use your IP to expose your personal information. I really believe some can break through firewalls no matter how many updates you perform on a weekly basis.
I've asked myself if there is such a thing as computer privacy ?
Easy question to answer...no.

I was on jury duty in a trial of a molester who had hundreds of files and images of teen boys.
In short he snitched of a good number of people who he admitted sending files to them. He in fact obtained these sites at links from black gay porn sites and was demonstrated in court.
Various black gay sites has a number of links and pop ups to teen sites.
They go hand in hand my friend.
These people figure using the gay site as camouflage to teen boys...(buzzard)...wrong answer.

Oh wow, I'll stay away from the black ones then.

Child porn operators will use porn sites by providing advertisements(links).
If a pop up link appears you have five seconds to ex(X) the site out completely or else you will get a pop up FBI warning. Most if not all ignore this warning...two weeks later there's a knock on your door and it isn't the prize control from Publishers' Clearing House.
This is a billion dollar industry. They make money if you access the sites.
As you've said, "stay away".
Sad to say they don't know.
