That he is unfit is obvious in those two tweets. That he lacks strategy but rather is just impulsive is also obvious.

And yet...you make claims (saying it's "obvious"), but you won't support your claims.
 
I think it has to be good cop bad cop. But I may still be underestimating just how dumb Trump really is.
